  1. I agree that if you are really about supporting Black Americans, it is time to look at your hiring and contracting practices. And no, the token hire will not cut it. Actions are louder than words and I think many are trying to cover their asses and not get called out for past and current behaviors. I would also look at nonprofits and governments that need to practice what they preach. It makes no sense to talk about injustice when your policy makers, policies, hiring, and contracting practices do not match.

  2. I BELIEVE GOODELL WAS FORCED BY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE PARTIES TO MAKE THIS STATEMENT BC THE NFL AND THEIR SPONSORS ARE TIRED OF LOSING MONEY AND LOOKING BAD OVER TAKING A KNEE IN PEACEFUL PROTESTS.

  3. Goodell said exactly what the NFL players wanted him to state in that video. He copied exactly what they said. He’s scared he’s going to lose even more faith in the players. He was doing what he thought was right. Regardless of how he said it, I truly believe that he is willing to listen and change some things. I really hope he makes a public apology to Colin. That man deserves it from Rodger. And he deserves to be back in the league.

  4. A joke. Reading an apology someone else wrote. Can clearly tell he didn’t write it let alone PROOF read it ahead of time. Didn’t even know what the hell he was reading.

  5. Why are we still begging white folk , I guess we need a can and stand by white companies and ask for a hand out. Stop buying more than we can afford , and how about you starting a business and employ black folk outside of that you shut the f up smh

  6. Relistening to kaps speech, how in the world did ppl get upset at him? He was calm, spoke well, told why he was doing it. Explained everything and ppl got confused ?!? Howwww

  7. The only reason alot of these companies are saying anything about BLM is because ITS EFFECTING THEIR POCKETS…..actions matter not words

  8. New slave trade …..if most players are black …..y are they not controlling the revenue stream.
Mind set . Get up walk out….start your thing my people. My minority's we all need our own Chinatown. Get woke.

  9. If he was really sorry, Kap wouldn’t be listed as retired by the NFL.. and wait for it

    Kap would have a job!

And Diddy would have been able to buy the panthers, along with several other black businessmen

  10. So Charalamagne is going to act like he wasn’t at the Jayz press conference with Roger, when Jay basically dismissed Colins protest? 🧐

  11. This is another reason why racism ain’t going nowhere: every time a white person tries to change, we roast the eff out of them 🤦‍♂️😂🤷🏿‍♂️🤗

  12. Roger Goodell you need to take the step and reach out to Collin Kaepernick and offer that much needed apology! Put tat icing on the cake and do the right thing! Take a look at your organization and see the disparity in that back office. We need to see opportunity for more blacks. We are capable of doing more than making baskets!

  13. Did yall know the Superbowl halftime show was a "black thing" too. Superbowl 26 NFL got their ass kicked at halftime by The Wayans tv show "In Living Color" after that year Michael Jackson was the first big headliner for Halftime. Google It

  14. And a lot of those black NFL players & journalists was trashing Colin Kaepernick but Nooooowwww I see those same ones low key kissing his asses & giving him Respect. My My My, The first shall be LAST and the last shall be FIRST✊🏾🖤💯

  15. Hiring Kap is pandering should have hired him months- years ago not now he should have stayed in San Francisco they had his back that's on him and you can't make these owners hire him

  16. They have already settled with Kapernick. They have a non disclosure agreement. He cannot mention Kaepernick's name.

  17. Ppl congratulate these athletes for kneeling but all the money they make the majority don’t buy black or keep they’re money in black banks. Who cares about a white mans apology, what does that accomplish. Most niggas just begging for the white man to love them soo bad. They never will, love yourself and do for your ppl.
