It is #NYPD Policy to not chase Dirt Bike Riders if they pose a threat to the safety of pedestrians….Officers are seen chasing a dirt bike without regard to human life, and to make matters worse, you can see that the Police vehicle has it’s lights off which makes it very dangerous, pedestrians cannot see the car coming, especially during a Chase….Officers from the 46Pct are Dangerous to the Community, they are also corrupt under the leader Phillip Rivera who is the Deputy Inspector of that Pct.
