23. I think that there should be some accountability on these bars that throw people out after they (the bar) gets them intoxicated!! He wouldn’t have been so drunk if it was not for the bar. At the very least find a real friend or get them a ride to there hotel or home. I’m not blaming the “friends” either but this is happening way too often. We all need to have someone looking out for us. But that’s not always able to happen so at the very least the bar could have done more to make sure a man who spent his time there, got intoxicated there made it at least home. 28. The evidence Ive seen, heard and know of, theres something is not right.
    Its not easy to get down to the river..and theres a few homeless camps there. There was a homeless witness stating he heard a commotion. He yelled up to see whats going on. Another person yelled back, hes just drunk.. so the homeless man just let it be cause someone was with him. Who was this person?. Also, if he accidently fell in, he would've yelled out and possibly seen by the homeless people on the riverbank.
    I never watch this channel, but the man in this is way off about him.
