  1. I actually think that they were hoping he would do something to himself. Knowing he is crying for help and then buying him a gun is very telling to me.

  2. So how was his defense attorney successful having the court agree to not play the actual video of the event and not be emotional in testifying about it? And JC was not?

  3. the whole time they are interviewing the parents, Jennifer is on her phone and James appears to be crying. What is wrong with her? She has one chance to tell her son she loves him and instead attacks him and James tells him he loves him about 4 times. Complete opposite behavior from parents.

  4. Someone involved in the case mentioned that shooting guns as a hobby was part of "everyday" life in the Oxford community. Guns as an everyday part of life seems strange to me. I own guns for self-defense and I understand the need to take your guns out to the range/backyard and practice with them to maintain some type of proficiency. Target shooting with a friend once in a while is also fun.
What I do not condone is the obsessive gun culture that currently grips so much of America. Guns are a part of life, but if it's much more than a once a week hobby, I'd say something is wrong. You're obsessed!
Given the level of issues that their son had, I don't think either of the Crumblys did a very good job of mitigating his fascination with guns, violence, etc. If your teenage son is troubled, constant exposure to guns is not a viable form of therapy. We've seen this same thing in the Sandy Hook shooting. I our states' and nation's laws should do more to prosecute parents who fail to protect society from their children and easily accessible guns.

  5. Still can’t believe the judge won’t allow EC's drinking to be pointed out & is just glossed over. They KNEW EC had empty whiskey bottles in his room & that on atleast one occasion gotten drunk – to converse with Jen about him waking up with a hangover, acting likes this is no surprise (possible regular occurrence) & THEN also bought him a gun knowing their 15 drank whiskey?!?! That’s even MORE proof of their negligence!! 😤😠😡🤬

  6. Defence attorney fixing his tie and collar 😅😅 then 👅 ing his ear occasionally 😅 no wonder his wife walked all over him so easily 😅 what a loser😅

  7. I feel for KGM. Good woman 5:35:47 . Worked for the schools when my sons went there. She is always about the kids. She deserves a huge Award of some kind that has big money attached to it.

  8. I hope James Crumbley is found innocent. James and Ethan were victims of Jennifer Crumbley imo, . Jennifer was the adulterer, liar, cheater, abuser. James and Ethan were her victims.

  9. Notice how this guys wiping his nose, not fake dabbing his dry eyes? That’s real emotional pain, he’s absolutely devastated over this, and not just for himself. Evil trying to blame him for his adult son’s actions.

  10. I had to make a police report on Oxford for failing to do anything about the severe level of bullying and I was the superintendent that something like this would happen!

  11. Fair is fair, If the court is going to hold the parents responsible then Oxford schools should be accountable and responsible as well!

  12. My son is the same age as Ethan and he got bullied by the same kids as my son. Oxford’s lack of action was giving me some bad impure thoughts!

  13. Oxford refused to call the bully’s parents after my autistic son kept coming home with bruises and Aiden brought a lighter to school 2 days in a row to lite my son on fire!

  14. YouTube cannot silence me! I have proof that there was severe bullying in Oxford schools leading up to this shooting and I tried to stop it!

  15. I absolutely dislike the def attorney. "I'm going to object to that". Um, just object, state the reason for the objection, no need for the conversation. "your honor, I don't understand why…" You not understanding is not grounds for object. Also, she sounds mean and hostile to every witness, like they are not even worthy of her time. Not gonna be a good look.

  16. I don’t understand why the two of them didn’t take plea deals. Whether or not it was intentional terrible decisions were made. Why put themselves and everyone through this again? They must know the Prosecution has a strong case.

  17. I was hoping a different judge who was more definitive, decisive, confident and strident and audible than what was seen in the previous trial. It was pretty disappointing.

  18. I ACTUALLY FEEL SORRY FOR THE SON>>>>HE WAS CRYING OUT FOR HELP AND THE DAD TOLD HIM TO SUCK IT UP AND GAVE HIM PILLS AND THE MOM LAUGHS AT HIM????? THESE PARENTS SHOULD BE UNDER THE JAUL AND THE POOR SON SHOULD BE GETTING MENTAL HELP INSTEAD OF SPENDING THE REST OF HIS LIFE IN PRISON>>THEY LET HIM DOWN BIG TIME AND I HOPE THEY STAY IN PRISON FOR YEARS FOR IT!!

  19. Despite the soothing whispers of therapists and the chemical straitjackets of psychotropic medications, these troubled souls persist in their savage rites of aggression, most of the previous school shooters had sought help and were on medication, yet they still assaulted their fellow classmates.

  20. Of course parents are fundamentaly responsible for teaching values and ethics, training up a child whilst he is a child. But adults are responsible for their own actions. Hoe did the Crumbly family fail to k😂eep the community from suffering from the actions of the son they'd raised?
