  1. The problem is Depp's psychologist was right. During her time on the stand, she showed the characteristics of borderline personality and histrionic disorder– making grandiose claims she couldn't substantiate, her aggression towards Depp and her former partner, her alternative reality (pledge vs. donation). Mostnlikely, Heard 'triggered' Depp's behavior. Depp has already been 'punished' the last 6 years. Now it's Amber's turn.

  2. The problem with juries these days is that the majority of the people in the world are bubble heads; and so therefore you are guaranteed to have mostly bubble heads on the jury. Very scary thought.

  3. Dismemberment story…. There is no medical treatment for evil. There is no fixing evil. Evil runs rampant in our world right now, and hardly anyone cares or tries to stop themselves from committing evil acts.

  4. As someone who was abused for almost 10 years, I never would’ve kept photos or videos on my phone of the man abusing me or any kind of evidence because he was constantly checking my phone and if Johnny Depp was the jealous and enraged man that she claimed him to be she would’ve been fearful of having such things on her phone.

  5. I'm sure that when you buy the Tesla you sign some kind of legal document saying that no matter what the owner, insured, driver are 100% responsible when using auto pilot. Then you sign the papers & your placed in the best place for you. Sometimes all u can do is shake ur head!

  6. When you do meth you could be up for days, your mind races nonstop even about things you’ve never thought of before..plus…you have strength of a supper hero!! However, she deserves sentencing to the fullest!

  7. As a Tesla driver who uses autopilot frequently, the driver is 100% responsible. Autopilot is just adaptive cruise control that will steer you back into your lane if you’re drifting out of it.
He absolutely could have slammed on the brakes as soon he saw the car turning. Autopilot will slam on your brakes if it detects a car in front of you, however, traveling at over 70 mph you’d approach that car much too quickly for Tesla to sense the vehicle and take action. I know there have been times I’ve had to take over because my car didn’t sense stopped traffic at a stop light soon enough. I don’t think my car would have slammed into the car in front of me, but regardless, it’s part of being an aware driver. The high rate of speed is extremely reckless, and I believe it was lethal in this case. Autopilot is great for highway driving but of course you have to stay alert at all times, that’s just part of the responsibility of driving a car. It was his reckless driving that resulted in a lethal accident. Guilty as hell.

  8. Amber is in fact lying and there another audio recording from Australia that proves a lot shes the one that didnt want to leave admits on taking drugs, and admits to hurting JD finger and theres so much more. The reason why that audio wasn't allowed in court bc other voices in it like Jerry judge he even says she would twists things around and she self afflicted. anyway it tells a lot about Amber the whole trial for AH it proofs That JD's psychiatrist Curry is right I mean right about everything.

  9. If diagnosistic shows his hand where in fact on the wheel even with the autopilot feature on, he is 100% accountable for the accident.
Anyone behind the wheel of a vehicle must maintain control of said vehicle at all times, regardless of what features the car has. Obviously Elon put the alert system in place for when their hands are not in contact with the wheel for a reason (even though people are trying to bypass that system). Thus fault is with the driver not the autopilot feature, car or manufacturer.

Not to mention him doing over 70+ mph on a surface road which are normally between 35-45mph and has to be set manually shows he was irresponsible behind the wheel.
