  1. If I get arrested and my sibling takes care of my child then the way to repay her is to ALSO take care of her children when SHE gets arrested. Serving her jail time makes no sense whatsoever😂

  2. They both need a long sentence because there's no way you didn't see a big buggy with horses attached to it unless you were on your phone or just not looking. They didn't sneak up on her…

  3. 12:52
BS. Yes it might me traumatic to make the surviving two girls testify at trial; but I'd argue their witness impact statements on the emotional turmoil following the crash and losing two sisters would DEFINITELY impact the twins' sentencing.

20 for the driver, 5-10 for the sister.

  4. While the testing for meth wasn't done until the day after, I think the prosecutor does have text messages from the driver saying she was high on meth. It seems to me that she's admitting that she was high.

  5. Why would they get away with it by swapping. She’s probably just being a good sister and not wanting her sister to go to jail because the one who took the blame thinks she’s be better for it

  6. Ya, I really question how some defense attorney's live with themselves! The ones who look for the most ridiculous/minute loopholes to get people like this off the most appropriate charges/sentence. 🤬
