BS. Yes it might me traumatic to make the surviving two girls testify at trial; but I'd argue their witness impact statements on the emotional turmoil following the crash and losing two sisters would DEFINITELY impact the twins' sentencing.

While the testing for meth wasn't done until the day after, I think the prosecutor does have text messages from the driver saying she was high on meth. It seems to me that she's admitting that she was high.
