  1. There is a girl on that Girls Gone Wild balcony that moons the crowd that later shows up from their POV on a Girls Gone Wild infomercial later on in the early 2000s. Imagine it, making life decisions so terrible you end up in GGW and Cops at the same time.

  2. "The Crowd is Stampeding Us…we need help…we're fixing to take this crowd back"………..ASSHOLESits the 3 horses crammed in with the crowd that are acting up causing the commotion!…..Remove the Fuckin Horses & Problem Solved!….Cops see a Rich Black man on a balcony & get they're panties in Knots!

  3. Was just watching a similar COPS show. Love to hear the boys in blue preaching to the flashers "What would your mother think?"

  4. If you want to experience a Bigger, Crazy and more fun festival come to Puerto Rico while, Las Justas or Calle San Sebastian they both last 3 days. Money back guaranteed, jajaja

  5. You are the same kind of fake cop hater that ends up crying with snot in his nose when you or your family gets in trouble. TBH, it feels good seeing people like you cry.

  6. French Quarter Festival is nothing like Mardi Gras and is near the river! You'd love it! Bourbon Street is only one small part of anything related to Mardi Gras…that's a HUGE misconception via the media. Carnival Season is January 6 – Mardi Gras day….and is totally fun in most other parts of the city (along the parade routes)….enjoy it! Next year the main parading is between late February and first few days of March. 😀

  7. good call, very smart.

love the horses, indeed great control. i didn't think horses would be that valuable an asset for it but seeing this video shows otherwise.

  8. The existence of chemtrails has been repeatedly denied by scientists around the world, who say the trails are normal contrails. The United States Air Force states that the theory is a hoax which "has been investigated and refuted by many established and accredited universities, scientific organizations, and major media publications. The United Kingdom's Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has stated that chemtrails are not scientifically recognized phenomena. Go listen to more alex

  9. I was there. The cops should have just stayed where they were, no help was needed. Just a bunch of paranoid cops with control issues, typical in New Orleans

  10. Man it can be crazy at some mardi gras in events.
I celebrate mardi great responsibly not like getting smashed or taking off clothes either not my kinda fun.
I'm glad there are police there to stop fights and stop indescent exposure in cetain areas.

  11. Still have an episode of "COPS" on recorded vhs video from 20 years ago in 1992 when they did the first "Mardi Gras"special(1 of my favorites from the 1990's.In that classic episode, there's a really good looking female brunette NOPD officer).
