  1. I know of a few women who have abused men , physically battered and mentally threatened and turn around, go to the hospital, act like they where abused by the guy. AND GET AWAY WITH LIEING!!!! Set the guy up, the guy doesn't know anything about it!! Women get away with it.

  2. The Kristin Smart case was in San Luis Obispo county @ " Cal Poly" not in Monterey County =)

At approximately 2 a.m. Smart was found passed out on a neighbor's lawn by two fellow students, Cheryl Anderson and Tim Davis, who both had just left the party. They helped Smart to her feet and decided to walk her back to her nearby dormitory. Another student from the party, Paul Flores, joined their group and offered to help the two return Smart to her dorm room. Davis departed the group first since he lived off-campus and had driven to the party. Anderson was the second to depart the group, heading to Sierra Madre Hall, after she told Flores, who lived closer to Smart's dorm, that he could walk her there. Flores stated to police that he walked Smart as far as his dormitory, Santa Lucia Hall, and then allowed her to walk back to her Muir Hall dorm by herself. This was the last known sighting of her.

On April 20, 2021, it was announced by the prosecutor that they believe Kristin's body had been buried beneath the deck of Ruben Flores's home, but had recently been removed. Biological evidence was found by using ground penetrating radar and cadaver dogs.

  3. I’m loving how these cold cases are getting solved even decades later. It’s like the suspect goes about life believing they got away with it. Then years later they face their fate 🙌🏾. The most high has the last say so, period!

  4. For Depp, it was about his reputation. Sure, he is rich. His work though is very important to him and I do not want to see anyone falsely accused of DV. My father was a victim of DV, so I watched updates not so much of all of the trial, after I saw enough evidence that Amber, was just like Mom. Basing a lot of my conclusions on how his ex's and co-workers portrayed him. Most cases are legitimate You both did a great job discussing these cases. Thank you.

  5. With Cosby? I'm looking for a smoking gun? I do think Cosby acting like it was below him to show up is going to affect the outcome of this case. It will be interesting to see who else will or can stand up against Cosby. The injustice of his conviction being overturned means we need to look deeper into who overturned it. Weeding out the bad judges is a long-term goal.

  6. Very happy about Johnny's win. Too bad Amber didn't get the mental health services she needs instead of acting a fool and hurting her career. When I saw Johnny smashing cabinets. I could see he was at his wit's end. Thankfully, no children. Alcohol serves as the most guilty element in this case. Feeding alcohol to a mentally ill woman with obvious anger issues is a trigger that keeps on giving, to your pain and suffering. Been in that home. It never gets better.

The pain that keeps on giving. SA is finally being seen as a serious crime. One could even call it a "hate crime" since it is an assault against their victim based on sx. Good luck, lady on your case. The last place Cosby deserves to be is on our streets. It is dirty, rotten and low down to still see Probation Departments can be bought by sx offenders. We have a pile of evidence to prove AGE does not prevent future crimes in this area of offenses. If anything, we see them choose much younger victims.

  7. Love the sidebars Josh. Dina is an amazing guest too! You always have fantastic people. I don’t know much about Kristen’s case but I hope she gets justice. I am surprised in regards to Bill Cosby that more victims did not file a civil suit, or are they unable to do so? Aussie here so not sure of your laws. I was elated that Johnny Depp won his case. The evidence proved it and AH was caught in so many lies, that at least the world can now see JD was not sexual abuser and batterer. AH was the one throwing punches, chopping off his finger and putting a cigarette out on his face. Elaine and AH need to disappear. People are also speculating if AH can be charged with perjury in the UK as she testified she donated the $7 million in that court case. Is that a possibility?
