In this week’s True Crime Daily Podcast: A TikTok star is accused of shooting a friend during a drunken night of “cosplay” in Houston (1:36). But how could someone with a million and a half followers be charged with manslaughter without it going public, for months?
And a nurse in Texas is convicted of killing patients by injecting air into their arteries following heart surgeries (28:19). The nurse’s attorney says the hospital had other issues, and the nurse is just a scapegoat.
Clinical and forensic neuropsychologist and author Dr. Judy Ho joins host Ana Garcia.

Really no different than the McDonald's monopoly game fraud.
Or how many people Davis killed before he became under suspicion.
This man in his family lived a few doors down from my daughter and her family.
I wish at some point I saw someone being-up that a main part of Yandere Simulator is to eliminate possible competition to the person they're stalking for romantic purposes. If anything was being reenacted, I don't think it was Gotham!
They watched security cams and then wstched the monitors and could tell when the air was injected
Collective coverup in Texas at all levels given who the perpetrator is?
She should now "identify" as a killer in a womens prison, if it walks and quacks like a duck, we don't call it a fish
When you see that she uses "they/them" pronoun, you know that she has an issue with mental problem.
Thats great she is going down .
So will Snow become 🎶 🎶Informer 🎶 🎵
I had a relative (widow) that not all husband's have accidents 20 years after his death. She had put a kink in his iv hose and when he died she blamed the nurse that put in the iv.😥
People will also use counterfeit coupons to buy stuff at one location and then return the items at another location to get more money back
Oh please, Snows traumatized?
People who are completely disconnected from reality do things that the rest of us in the real world have to cope with. Sorry that's the plain truth. And that's not just cosplay it's humanity wide.
If this was an accident, why did she turn the gun and choose to point it at that girl in particular?
I noticed that Ana used her name rather than “they” for her personal pronoun. She understands how confusing it is to communicate information while using the English language incorrectly. It’s incoherent for the listeners. Dr Judy has to think about after Ana accidentally uses the female personal pronoun while referring to “Snow”, but she dutifully complies even though she didn’t at the beginning. Multiple genders and endless, nonsensical pronouns is madness. It needs to stop.
I love Judy she's one of my favorite guests. So smart and compassionate. Logical. Why would u ever pull the trigger on ur friend w a real gun whether or not u thought it wasn't loaded
Snow is disgusting 🤢 IMO. I hate the tik-tok culture.
6:15 miss Judy couldn't have said this any better. This was a perfectly constructed explanation and breaks down ambiguous complexities young people have difficulty understanding. I am definitely putting this in a folder for my children to review since dumb people and guns is often a topic of lecture.
Some people are way too cocky handling firearms. If I was in a place where a bunch of people are drinking & someone pulls out a gun, I'm outta there. I don't even like when people point elastic band finger-guns around or especially toward me. Way too little respect for weapons.
Whatever happened to NEVER point a gun at anyone at anytime?
Can somebody pls explain to me how the hell snow is only being charged second degree manslaughter? Huuuuuuge failure of the justice system once again.
Dr Judy really is my favorite!!
How can you live you life so publicly and not hear about what happened? Ask Brandy Norwood. She killed a person in a car accident AND had a baby and it was years before it was exposed! Not uncommon.
She should have known better you never point a gun at someone unless you intend to kill and being drunk is no excuse if anything it was more ridiculous to have the gun
Doc says, "a big trauma that no one expected".
Yeah? And she knows that, how?
Doc already knows it wasn't intentional or planned, right?
Well, doc needs to be on the defense witness list.🙄
and Alec Baldwin shouldn’t be a ‘free’ man busy making videos and babies
There’s is NO such thing as an ‘accident’ with a real gun and THEN mixing it with drink ‘n drugs
So we at the point we’re calling 1person they only in America
Don't know about US hospitals, but in the UK if someone needs resuscitation, not everyone on the ward gets involved in the resuscitation so not necessarily suspicious that Davies wasn't involved in trying to help them
I live in Tyler texas, what hospital did Davis work at?
What y’all know about any crime is very little
Snow definitely doesn’t have DID I’m an RN and I’ve seen real cases before. She’s saying it as an excuse to get off. But there’s no excuse for what she did. She killed someone and she’s shown no remorse whatsoever. She went on like nothing happened. She better get at least 10 years
This girl is not famous 🙄 people on social media are not famous
Hey Judy!! Is that BABY GROOT!??
Gag…Alec Baldwin is no Saint. He is worried about going to jail. He is taking absolutelyNO responsibility.
You know Ana is rich when she said she's a CVS shopper.
My recommendation is that you do further research on D.I.D. Multiplicity And Me is a good place to start. They are a D.I.D. channel that brings a lot of awareness and thier own experience with D.I.D. up front as educational content.
There were a few statements made by your guest that were inaccurate.
But, all the points you brought up about what is needed after these situations is important.
So…some dungeons & dragons type shit?
Ana García does such amazing work 👍
