Bodycam footage shows a New Jersey Sergeant losing his patience when his police chief shows up at a DWI crash scene and begins hassling him about his jacket. “He’s drunk again,” Sgt. William Major said after slamming Bradley Beach Police Chief Leonard Guida onto the hood of a car when he touched him. Guida dismissed Major from the scene and told him he was suspended. Later, Major was reinstated and Guida was placed on administrative leave pending an investigation into the incident.

  1. Chief of Police is a drunkard, the driver of accident vehicle is soo drunk he doesnt remember the crash, what a shi show….

  2. That police chief is a DISGRACE!!! Turning upto a scene hes not invovled in drunk as a skunk, attacks one of his men whos dealing with a serios situation and that drunk clowns bothering him about a jacket?? Is he still Chief? I really hope not because i would not feel safe in that area with that drunk in charge.

  3. Poor man was cheated on went out got drunk and had an accident. Woman don’t understand what they do. Now the drunk chief in the bar across the street steps in and makes this even worse.

  4. Dude got investigated for a number of other incidents as well. The guy had a history of being a scumbag. He got into it with some unidentified guy and pushed him around, spit on him: "Chief Guida admitted that he may have consumed alcohol before the incident and acknowledged to investigators that he put his hands on the man during the encounter and said, “I’m Italian, what do you want me to do?”"

  5. Billy…….Billy…Billy………no no no no Billy you're relieved……No no no Billy you're relieved…….You have to understand something Billy you're relieved…….No no Billy you don't understand you're now suspended……..Billy you're suspended ok……..Go to the headquarters and wait for me there…….

  6. I wonder what the history over 40 years is of that the sheriff. I would hate to think that the 40 years had caused a mental break, or he had the onset of dementia and his career was disgraced. Now, that may not be the case. I just can't imagine that he would go 40 years and still hold such a high position if he weren't great has his job at some point. Once again, I am not an expert.

  7. My question is , why didn't one of the 3 officers on the scenes arrest the drunk pos . Anyone else would have been arrested for public intoxication .

  8. This whole time that they’re arguing, we have a DUI civilian who is behind the wheel obviously, who is not in the right state of mind, just sitting there in the car, while these two police officers and chief measure their you know what

  9. After 22.5 years OTJ, I have no idea why, in the heck, anyone would choose law enforcement as their career. You're damned if you do, damned if you don't. 😂
