An innocent person should never go to prison for a crime they did not commit. Some cases are simple mistakes. But others make you wonder. Crime Watch Daily sat down with a man who spent nearly half his life in prison, even though he was wrongfully accused.

Bless this man for his work. It would've been so easy to walk and say to heck with these people. But he's turned it into a positive mission. What a great man!
Black people🤦🏽♂️ how you mad at Hardy(another black man) like he put the cuffs on you, made the lady pick you out, prosecuted you n sent you up the road? C’mon man!!! Your beef is with the dirty cops and DA, not with Hardy, WTF!!! Stay up, Hardy✊🏾
Wish I could give this incredible man a hug!
His brother kicked that dude butt everyday until he confessed.
$1million is nothing when a house costs $600k in a modern city; ACAB
7:45ish and the reporter turns thug lol
I actually don’t like the fake reporter voice she does but as a black female she has probably had a lot of resistance to get where she is.
US system is f**cked up! Good for him. However, there was this white guy who did 15 years, and they only paid him 450 grand. This dude got 1.2 mil. WTF?
God bless him❤️❤️
I want to get some of these letters. I’d love to investigate and set someone free!! ⭐️ 🙏🏻
1.2 million is NOT enough.
Do the crime. DO THE TIME!
Definitely the exception to the rule
I'm in tears … I had to laugh at the description given and he said… That's the whole neighborhood. And man given 41 years for stealing $150 and no one was injured? The insanity.
Oakcliff
Wooooow🙌🙌🙌🙌
He didnt apologize because he was force to write that statement like hardy said u should be more grateful??? I wonder why
He is a gang n got a duck lifer to do that this is so rehersed hahahahaha
He lyong he did that stuff
Ending story, in many cases people claim insanity to get off of serious crimes but in cases where they are insane or otherwise mentally challenged, it is never brought up. There are many confusing and immoral things about this case. He did look much like his brother way back then but they must have known the difference. Had they run DNA analysis they would have known it was his brother. Why did the woman lie though? Why would a police officer tell him that he couldn't possibly be convicted based on how well he dressed? That was bizarre. At least he is honoring his life purpose by giving healing to the greatest ills he overcame.
I hope he d walked away with $13 mil. fuck the system
Imagine the anxiety, agony and trauma innocent people who are locked up experience knowing that they will never get out. God bless Christopher. 😭💕
Absolutely disgusting. I hope that liar gets his karma everyday in jail. 1.2million is not enough that man needed at least 300 million
What a great guy! I’m so impressed he’s giving back. The justice system shouldn’t be able to convict unless the evidence is irrefutable!
The guy he is helping has served 36 years for $150. Taken even if ge did do it he should not spend that much time. The man who murdered my father only got 12 years! He is out and probably going to kill someone else again. I don't understand how any of this is fair justice.
Nice of this guy to try and help others
Her constant wide eyes are cracking me up!!! 👀👀👀
@1:45 who ever was mowing the lawn got scared seeing chris again this time with the news on his side…..

THIS IS SO HEART BREAKING !! Thank you Christopher for being too strong ! Thank you for standing up for your rights . Thank you for not givin up! Thank you for FIGHTING for your freedom. YOU ARE A TRUE HERO ❤️ ALOHA
1 million… He should have got 1illion for every year he sat in jail since they failed to do their jobs.
I'm glad this man finally got released and got a nice payout. This usually does not happen when it comes to black people. Really happy with the outcome. God bless you Chris and your grand son. I pray to God your grandson gets an education and does not go to jail.
Oh this journalist lady is soooooo sweet😄 her facial expressions are so cute hehehehe I keep forgetting her name. Regardless, I send my regards to her and may God bless you! Keep up the good work lady.
He should’ve asked for 1 million for ever year he was in there.
Candyman
Should've been a free man with minimum 13 million $s right out that prison gate.
