15. What infuriates me is this judge was going to retire anyway. So, basically, he got away with it.

16. This is a terrible judge because he doesn't follow judicial process. Kicked out the prosecutor for liking a comment, but he himself makes public statements that are more inappropriate and biased. This is obviously a mistrial – not a double jeopardy immunity.

30. Obviously few followed this case. The "victim" and the boy were seen making out, touching each other in the pool in their underwear and party. He was told to stop and he complied. So she withdrew consent. "No means no" doesnt matter anymore? Judge is probably sick of young men getting their lives ruined by liars.
