Joshua looks like Julian Assange a little.
14:04 the prosecutor clearly said, "iDONT think this man deserves to be released." but it sounds like they tried to Chop it out 🙄
10:50..
ithink it's funny how when he talks about podcasts n the "agenda" the broadcaster quickly changes the script 🤣🤣🤣🤣
So… You are actually saying that money doesn’t play a significant role in American justice? Really? What a bunch if…..

Laundriie’scremains were found…in the Reserve…
I really enjoyed this podcast. Listening to the legal side of things is so fascinating. It's facts vs conjecture. Please do more of these. Thanks so much.
Thank you for some clarification. Hope you guys post more videos like this. It's useful information.
May I ask, “How come prosecutors and D.A.’s no longer really throw the book at defendants?” (i.e. murder cases are usually 1 charge of 1st or 2nd degree murder but not charged with rape or desecration of body, sexual assault, robbery, etc. even though there’s evidence) i understand statute of limitations and sometimes that’s past but there’s so many cases where people get away with so much and released on parole in serious cases less than 50% of sentences
Wasn't Robert Kennedy a person of interest in the death of Marilyn Munro. Career politions are no different to any other careers, except they can get really rich.
Justice is more important than money.why do prosecuters encourage plea bargaining
So informative! Well done!
Interesting and thoughtful conversation between two people who actually know what they’re talking about, without yelling or hysterics.
Love your content!! Stay safe everyone 🌞❤️🌻
I practicly live on YT. . this is the first time I've been compelled to leave a comment.
That guy is the poster child for all of the issues at question.

In Houston we had to pay bail for no matter what your arrested for or you stay
It’s true…cops lawyers and judges have created an insane racket for themselves.
$$$$$$$
Fire 80% of them tomorrow and watch crime rates drop down to historic rates.
A massive scam against poor and every day people.
Barry Morphew was given bail. He'll be back in custody again though.
This channel needs Scott Reisch to make an appearance.
