Full Bodycam: Woman Says Crying Over Break-Up Led to Her DUI Arrest – Everything Law and Order Blog

Jacquelynn Ayres, a 40-year-old woman from New Jersey, was recently arrested by police after she was observed allegedly swerving her vehicle across the road in an erratic manner. The incident, which prompted concerned citizens to alert authorities, led to a traffic stop that revealed the emotional and intoxicated state of the driver. When officers approached Ayres and inquired about her driving behavior, she openly admitted to crying over her ex-boyfriend while operating the vehicle and acknowledged consuming alcohol prior to getting behind the wheel.

Following Ayres’ admission, police conducted a series of field sobriety tests to assess her level of impairment. The results of these tests, combined with her own statements and the observed driving behavior, provided sufficient evidence for officers to place Ayres under arrest for driving under the influence (DUI).

  1. She was wearing her shirt inside out. Those 3 alcoholic drinks makes it difficult to dress oneself properly. If dressing is difficult, imagine how hard it is to drive safely.

  2. What if I said "no officer, I know that I cannot say the abc's without singing it? That's the only way i've ever done it." …Did she say she had a nine ounce drink? That's pretty specific…

  3. I find it ridiculous an it makes me furious that people that drink and drive and then find excuses for it discusting. When she would have killed a child then it's wrong I FIND IT ALWAYS WRONG DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE

  4. Wait… The person you want to call is your ex boyfriend? The one you’re getting drunk about? Is that supposed to make him feel sorry for you?

  5. The VUUKIN EX-Boy Friend causing the bad break up — caused this! SHe wouldn't have been out hitting the bar scene in that see-thru out-fit and downing those drinks trying to drown the bad breakup — it's ALWAYS the VUUKIN boyfriend who does it !! Now she's going down for a DUI and a $6k to $7k fine and she has to go through a bunch of classes to get her driving privileges back !! All because of her VUUKIN ex-Boyfriend !!! I hope that he's happy for causing all of this misery for her !!
    .

  6. 🙄 Fake tan…sorry….fake boobs….sorry…fake hair….sorry….fake lips….sorry….fake nails….sorry ….fake lashes…sorry….fake tears that stop suddenly and easily….sorry…women like her are a giant step backwards. I can’t help but think with the cop name dropping, the seductive, flimsy outfit, playing damsel in distress being “honest” with them ALL helped her walk away with just a ticket. I also can’t help but think “but for” the body cameras, the cops may of just as well as hit that….so sus how it all worked out for her.

  7. If she dressed a little more appropriately she would attract more respectable men. Real men don’t want to marry someone who dresses like a hooker. Especially at 40.

  8. Cell phones once you're pulled over should be illegal. I'm tired of people being on their phones while talking to the cops. She is hideous, but acting like "all that" to the cops. POS
