Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia’s RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a “criminal street gang” from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang. Opening statements will take place on November 27.

I would love to go back and count the amount of sustained objections by this judge in favor of the prosecution versus in favor of the defense. That alone proves him being biased. This is an astronomical amount …I'm not claiming they have to be exactly the same … but this is beyond ridiculous and very suspicious on the judge's part! I'm trying to remember what case it was that the Supreme Court overturned the verdict because of this very reason. I believe it was years ago regarding a man falsely accused of the "R" word!
