Typical there behavior, first it was missing kids on milk cartons, then it was killing for the Life insurance, now they taking there parents completely out.. im not shocked at all.
Her mother is a dirt bag!!! Listening to this podcast now, it really gives this whole case a new light. She says she was being sx abused by her creepy Azz uncle. She was screaming for help. Her behavior was a giant red flag. The whole thing is so sad.

I understand that Crystal had serious issues, and she really needed help, but it don’t excuse her actions. If she would’ve gotten help, her dad would probably still be alive. I’m not blaming him for her problems, I understand why he would be hesitant on taking her to therapy, but I’ve been and even told friends about it and I never got bullied for it. I feel like most nowadays don’t get bullied for it unlike in Michael’s earlier life.

I came from the Podcast & this 15 min video doesn’t go into detail how her father & mother put her thru. Her dad tried drowning her and choking her. She was also molestes by her uncles (moms brother) & her mother didn’t believe her. She went thru a whole lot more that wasn’t included in this video. Police were also involved in multiple occasions but didn’t help her.
Look at the mother and her daughter both smile as they say she killed him and yeah bitches she is a monster!

I lived right down the street from them. I also managed a restaurant near by and the teenagers that worked there were always at the home. There has always been whispers that this house was haunted or evil, in some sense, so when this happened it was not only devastating but just really creepy. I don’t live there anymore but, I believe the house was occupied by another family when we moved.

what i cant get out of my head abt this case is that if crystal had maybe gotten the medication and counseling she needed as necessary this might not have happened. especially since they noticed the issues so early on in her life.

I knew this girl when she lived in Augusta. I knew her neighbors who’s cushion she burned. My personal story with her is this: I was in a swing and she kicked me in the nuts, very hard, for absolutely no reason.
She was clearly a psychopath with poor impulse control… no amount of medication can improve a person like this. Why do they ask her friends and relatives about her diagnosis and treatment ? Why not actual psychiatrists? Where are the psychiatric reports? Not very professional presentation.

I'm very interested to understand the mentality of a woman who keeps that big a secret from her partner, and lets the man and child think they're biological father and daughter for such a long time… Having seen a situation almost like this close to where i used to live some years back, all i can say is that using the term heartless is an understatement for women like that, and i hope i'm never unlucky enough to end up with a partner like that.

She wasn't a cold blooded killer, while it is hard to understand why she killed him, I believe she was devastated by it. A noticeable point was that she killed her Father while he was asleep and in such a way that she would not have to confront him. Almost no effort was made to conceal the body in the long term; Part of this was because she probably struggled to see her Father's body. In her confession she stated "I messed up"; She did not seem happy with what had happened. She had killed someone she loved and who had loved her, in a crazed rage.
The partying may have seem like she didn't care, but it is just as easily likely that she was pretending. Deep down she knew she was fucked and what she had done was "messed up"; she was just pretending for as long as she could avoid the reality.
She was obviously a bit of a psycho, but I am not sure if she is a monster. There was no devious plan or strategy to get away with it; though it wasn't in the heat of the moment; it seems like she lost control.
