  1. he was being gangstalked his friends where gaslighting him. this what they do is under their breathe they will have people gaslight you. it is profitable for them to abuse people intill they kill other people in order to get more funding. so your loved ones your kids are being killed in mass for the profits of the police.. and yes it is done by the authorities most likely fbi… but it could be state police. the general police know something is up but may not know what is really going on. but make no mistake. ever since the fbi came to Maine this stuff has escalated. so it makes sense that this is coming from the fbi but the people who stalk you are actually private contractors… its like a community thing so its separate operations.

  2. No. he is hearing voices that is true there is a technology that they use to people. They know what we thinking and what we see and even our inner voices. There's so many victim here and there in your country

  3. Living in the town was terrifying as this was happening. People who hadn’t talked to each other in years were messaging each other to check if they were alive. It was such a scary few nights.. just not knowing where he was.

  4. I think Law & Crime Network made a mistake here:

The man pictured in the circle is not Joseph Eaton (the shooter who committed the April 2023 Bowdoin-Yarmouth shootings), but instead Robert Card (the shooter who committed the October 2023 Lewiston shootings).

It both happened in Maine sure, but Robert Card shot up a bowling alley and bar/grill, leaving 19 people dead (including the shooter) and 13 people injured, while Joseph Eaton shot up four people dead in a rural property in Bowdoin, and injured 3 family members at Interstate 295 in Yarmouth.

I'm not blaming them for their mistake, but i do want to clarify to thoae who are probably unaware or confused.

  5. they were running psychological operations on him he was a Targeted Individual on Law Enforcement CAD System ..the people on the network were Engaged in Psyop and network centric operations Against this man. there's allot of Spoofing and Jamming there is an old saying where we go 1 we go All unfortunately he Experience some of that. law enforcement had full situational Awareness on who he was and what he was capable of prior to the incident in maine.

  6. Notice how his brain got a dopamine kick when he talks about being capable. He rubbed his hands together twice. That is a nervous tick that some people have when they think about something pleasurable.

  7. Clearly needs help, its very obvious, in his speech, his demeanour, his whole body language. The system fails many many people and fails to recognise their needs. Its always too late after the fact. For him to state, ' I am capable ' for the officers to then not delve further into his statement, is a very bad call. And all this could have been avoided.

  8. I genuinely wonder if this Robert Card saw the other 'Robert Card' who's on the Maine registry, but genuinely believed that instead it was his companions trying to make it about HIM
    Just one thing to ponder.
Horrible that 'nothing' was the answer to help his diseased mind before tragedy struck

  9. “In 2021, the most recent year for which complete data is available, 48,830 people died from gun-related injuries in the U.S., according to the CDC.” So if guns were 10 times harder to acquire then that number would have been 4,883. If it were 100 times harder, then only 488 people would have died. Math don’t lie, but the NRA does.

  10. If you had trouble recalling which mass shooting this guy is responsible, you are not alone. All too common in this country, and all to appease gun manufacturers and a small, vocal group of gun fetishists.

  11. This guy reminds me of a paranoid schizophrenic I knew in college. He was fine once he received mental health treatment, and lives a normal live now (on medication). I can't imagine why this country makes firearms accessible to the mentally ill.
