The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Raheian Reyes-Presley. Raheian was last seen on November 1, 2024, at approximately 9:30 AM. on the 3xx block of Krams Ave.
He is described as a 20-year-old Black male, 5’11” tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, a red head wrap, and white Nike sneakers.
