  1. So glad urine is gone. He helped the state keep out a lot of evidence for the defense, but it still didn't stop Steel from destroying the state later. Clowns!

  2. I'm just catching up on this trial. It blows my mind how hard the prosecution is trying to hide/bury the truth. There is absolutely no justice in that courtroom. The judge is leaning on the prosecution side far too much to be fair.

  3. Don't tell me Ox is whining about being able to identify certain parts of a packet? She and love sends packets to defense all the time in the exact same way. Now she wants it pointed out for her. How ironic. All she's doing is holding up progress with her whining about something that she and love have done to the defense numerous times. Clowns!

  4. Judge now regrets saying he would let Steele cross examine the way he wanted to for letting Belknap testify so many times. Steele exposed the state's sneaky tactics. All the state's and judge's bs is never gonna end well for them. They are not up against amateurs.

  5. I have to say I am fascinated by the whole setting of this trial! The defendants are all natty dressers and get progressively so as time passes. The defendants attorneys have a very elegant, suave demeanour. The judge and prosecutors, in their accents and judge’s earring, seem rougher/tougher than the accused. Then there’s the drama of those who have plead out, the knife attack of one of the defendants…If it wasn’t because the whole process is so long and complicated, it would make a great film/series/play. The power struggle between the two sides is also engrossing, so far it seems the State feels weaker, and thus more nervous, they are probably in awe of some of the defendants’ attorneys who very seldom lose their cool. The judge seems an affable and experienced fellow who, of late, seems to be have problems controlling the flow, especially when there is a barrage of objections from the State. I’m in for the long haul.

  6. Atlanta judicial system is a joke. There are attorneys, detectives, and judges. They need to be forced to resign, after waisting the taxpayers' money like this. Another break.

  7. This defense is terrible. It's too bad attorneys feel like they have to get the last word, but the State shouldn't say anything after this because I don't think anyone knows what he is talking about.

  8. You've got to be kidding me…..STILL on a "comfort break"? WTF? I have never seen anything like this in my life! Last I saw the statistic, out of all the available days they COULD hold court, they were actually IN court barely 40% of those days!

  9. The album cover is clearly an artistic representation of the Freeband eagle skull and the slime (snake).. the police went out his way to call it something it isn’t… an example of what happens when people NOT from the culture are policing these neighborhoods

  10. Someone please tell me how the F it’s Thursday and ur taking Friday and Monday off… seems like judge has more things to take care of then handling this trail… It’s absolutely insane now how Many days off they take, the comfort breaks… if I was a jury I would run, and I would be super blunt with the judge… I would tell him bro we need to get on, I got a life and taking 2days off each week – I have a life to get back to , wtf

  11. It's just not comprehendible to me that this court starts so late each day for trial. Participating in jury duty in federal court two years ago, I remember having to be present @ 7:30am to begin each day promptly @ 8:00am (and yes this did include Fridays). We didn't take half-days and took nowhere near as many "comfort breaks" as this court provides. Even if this trial was ran perfectly and they worked five days per week for full days each day with minimal breaks, this trial would still take 4-6 months at least. At this rate, we'll be lucky to see a verdict before Christmas…

  12. This judge why on earth is he still on this case? I think as public we should really start questioning this something isn’t right !
