@Copwatchtv obtained the Chief Deputy District Attorney of the San Juan County District Attorney’s Office is facing charges after police said he was driving drunk and left the scene of an accident.
Police said 53-year-old Dustin O’Brien hit a retaining wall in Farmington and left his vehicle but told police he did not remember driving or being involved in a crash.

The officer immediately says that “I m going to call my supervisor, so it doesn’t go over the airwaves.” WTHeck kind of special treatment is this.
I have a question…why don’t police in the USA go straight for a breathalyser test? Why go through this entire circus of tracking lights and heel to toe steps etc?
I am sure it’s not due to a shortage of breathalysers…so what’s the reason for these exercises?
Cops seem to try not do their duty with fellow cops, lawyers, judges, and DA people! SMH
After 2 incomplete warrants and 4 motions, the Gem County Idaho DA refused and denied them, and believes an arrest on an incomplete summons is the legal document to charge. WTF LMFAO. Thank you.
53 ??? Dude likes 65 !!
He Better quit drinking today !!
The special treatment and consideration is sickening
Example of why the police can’t ever be trusted to have unwavering integrity that such a job requires. Laughable special treatment.
Yo I’ve watched a million of these and I’ve never heard a cop ask “are there any dependents affected negatively by your arrest?” That’s amazing
Gotta love that special treatment. Shame
😅 lawyerd up
A District Attorney lying about being in an accident after drinking…..well I'm shocked….NOT 🤬
What I want to know is who decides to prosecute the charges when the DA himself is the crime suspect!
This is my guess: They narrator said in the beginning of this video that the suspec was the county DA, so I’m thinking that perhaps the state DA is the one who would decide on which charges to prosecute, if any?
The DA has what looks like abdominal ascites accumulating (alcoholic cirrhosis).
He seems like "lights on but no one is home" even without the alcohol. How does someone that dim become a D.A.?
The worst people than lawbreakers are lawmakers cause they think they can break the law and get away with it. 😤
So one minute in and they’re already giving him special treatment
Life in Kamala's America
.
1:40 🙄 why the special treatment ? He should not be an officer
The wind hurts my ears!
Law enforcement & the judiciary ought to be held to a higher level of account due to their position. That they expect a 'courtesy' rule to be applied means they are less likely to abide to the letter of the law.
He's the district attorney? He looks like the whino on the corner block. Scary.
