Well that’s murder, she was having sex while her daughter died..how horrible how utterly shameful
So after her first arrest, she decided she would rather have her daughter live with child protective services than with the girl's father. Between this, moving out of state, and the affairs, it really feels like she wanted to sever ties with the father, and this little girl was one of those ties. I'm not saying she killed her on purpose, but I'm not sure she didn't either.

IMO She didn’t love the father so she most likely had no emotional attachment to the child anymore. She choose sex with another man while leaving your child to roast to death. Only 20 years is messed up if a man did that he would have gotten the book thrown at him

She never wanted the responsibility in the 1st place,it was about her wants, left her baby behind, to move to another state,Left her in a hot car once before, just give the child back to the one who truly loves her,the father! She only cared for her needs & of course she left the child in the car, child isn’t what she’s ever been focused on! Life in prison is what she deserves!

Sounds like she seen the case in Arkansas where the judge left his toddler in the car while he was messing around. He got his Case dismissed and was back on the bench like nothing happened. He claimed forgotten Baby syndrome hmmm 🤔 SMH nope the Baby was already around three years old and the mother in law was the psychiatrist that helped him get off the charges. Ultimately he left town no one had respect for the juvenile judge. Very similar Case so off

From what I remember about this horrid woman Cassie Baker, she received a 20 year sentence. As well, she was pregnant at the time. What I don't know is if she had the child.
A twenty year sentence is not long enough, but she'll have to live with what she did till the end of her life!
This could of been prevented. But because she was laying with every Tom, Dick and Harry she got off Scott free. There was definitely a cover up.
She clearly didnt want his baby, if only he could've been done with that b, when she wanted to be a cop and not a mother. Should've got full custody and stayed in Jacksonville.

I was an only child for a couple years until my younger sister came along and I protected her with my life. My parents divorced when I was 9 and we both had a hard time with it. I can definitely imagine this fathers pain knowing his living flesh and blood was tormented by that girls other living being who was supposed to protect her! Instead she gets away with leaving the girl in the blazing sun while she goes and does her own thing not having a care in the world that her own child was dying. I hope this father gets the justice he deserves and that this woman rots behind bars. May this sweet soul RIP 💔🕊️
