Bodycam footage reveals the aftermath of an Ohio teacher being punched by a student after the boy allegedly “smoked a cart in the bathroom.” Following the assault, the student allegedly began running through the school and repeatedly slammed his head against the wall. Officers believe that whatever substance the boy smoked may have caused his violent behavior. Both the teacher and the student were taken to the hospital for further medical attention.

I'm guessing the police/emergency services are keeping emotions out of it. They don't know if the kid is having a mental illness episode or maybe he was forced to take the drug. You get the people to the hospital then the law comes later.

Interesting I just watched a video of a girl getting arrested for THC cart possession at high school and they treated her like they should’ve treated this kid, and vice versa
I see a lot of comments, wondering why they’re treating the kid so well..
I work down the street from school at another school and this is extremely common unfortunately, and people seem to be desensitized to staff members being assaulted at this point.
