I cant believe this judge. Only 26 years because he served his counrty. So now the justice system is giving discounts on murder! He is a predator he lives off of women. Disgusting sentence he should have gotten life.

Brian ultimately, pleaded guilty to second degree murder and received a 26-year sentence, which in my opinion is barely justice for the victim and their family. Brian should never be allowed to step foot out of a prison ever again for this heinous crime. 26 years with federal good time. He will be out in 23 years where he already has half of that time already served. He will be released and be able to start his life over again in his 60s, but his victim will never have that chance, and her family will continue to suffer her loss for the rest of their lives.

A very sad story. At least in federal prison this dirtbag will serve at least 85% or more of those 26 years, although it should be a lot more. I went to school with Brian… He wasn't a bad guy, at least then, an awkward teen like most of us. Got almost straight A's, was a part of NHS and in band. Just goes to show you, you never REALLY know what someone is capable of.
