  1. His body language during the interrogation was pretty damning. I noticed he’d cover his mouth which usually means they’re lying. It shows that he knows he’s being deceitful. 11:20 he’s pretty fidgety as well. Especially when the investigator says they’re investigating this as more than just being self inflicted 🤷🏼‍♂️

  2. How about this theory

Robby and his friend went out and had drinks, Robby got so drunk he started passing out and while he was asleep, Zach suffocated him with his own pillow, and while Robby laid there unconscious, Zach came up from the side and shot him in the head to make it look like a suicide

  3. Just because you decline a polygraph test that only means you’re smart because a polygraph only works 60% of the time you have to be a clown to take a polygraph innocent or guilty

  4. If he was a gentleman and truly Honored his words as a real soldier, he should paid back to money to his friend who bought the gun for him.dont get drunk

  5. Poor decision after poor decision, I feel bad for his family. I wish the military would do some kind of financial planning, maybe they do now. RIP

  6. So the wife left him because he wasn't making enough money to support her and her 3 kids from a previous relationship! Just sad!

  7. There is no legal limit for alcohol. There is only a legal intoxication limit for driving, it is disingenuous to say a man who was home in his living room was above a legal limit.
You can be 20 times the legal limit in your home and it doesn’t matter and it isn’t illegal, they only mention it to further victim shame Robbie West.
If he was driving that’s when a legal limit comes into play.

  8. When I first started watching this story I believed the family but after all the evidence it's very obvious he shot himself maybe on accident but he did it to himself maybe he thought because the magazine was out it wouldn't shoot but when u are so intoxicated so much can happen. I feel so sorry for his family refusing so hard to actually believe he did that to himself SMH

  9. stop freaking saying you know your loved ones wouldnt commit suicide….you dont know they hide it no family know eachother like their brains think a family would or should.. one of these days families are going to be wrong. of cause money brings families together again cos they all want it.

  10. Hold on $500 for 2 weeks…was he in the reserves?? Unless he was an E1 and didnt claim anyone, he made more than that

  11. "He was a great dad."
"He wouldn't even let his own son play on his Playstation."
lol, give him a turn on your Playstation, c'mon dude.
