  1. 4 bottles of red wine on top of anti depressants taken in excess could have killed her if the bullet didn't. Her letter proves she was suicidal. Her prints were on the trigger and his was on the barrel of the gun. In my view, she committed suicide but why did he say he just shot his wife to the 911 operator? I think he was in shock.

  2. Oh it wasn’t their first rodeo I’m sure. She was a spoiled woman and losing it all was pissing her off more and more I’m sure. It probably wasn’t the first time she pulled that gun out from the way he sounded in that phone call. Drugs and alcohol are a bad mix and the daughters seen it with their own eyes. Men can be abused too.

  3. Self made men coming from a humble background, usually would find a way out of the financial situation. One has to cut back and then start again. Diane probably got down through the absence of his hard work, and then the decline limited her freedoms. Long term it had an effect on her. I think personally it was a tragic accident fuelled by drink and upset. He seems a man who had not covered up the incident and maybe thought at the time he was part to blame in the struggle. All the family, even Diane`s sister does not blame the father, they see a good man.

  4. Mallory and Sarah i believe your father is innocent, i don’t know what’s going since this episode ended but i hope and pray your father is home with you girls, God bless you all🙏❤️🙏

  5. If you go watch the whole documentary this man is innocent their financial world was crumbling down and she couldn't handle it her own sister sides with him and my husband would act like that my husband is so calm cool and collected they would think he murdered me I've always told him that

  6. Just watched the documentary on Discovery+
Had to be the most ANNOYING sh!t I’ve watched on tv in a long time!

Not to mention the family seems to be a bunch of rich entitled crybabies who thinks everything should go their way.

  7. I lived with him in prison for 88 days!!! The guy hates black people hates to share anything he was vary selfish type guy.. he is vary upfront that he had a first wife also killed in the 70s!! I tried to see if he is guilty and I said daily yes he is

  8. Gotta love how they say he didn't say it was an accident until after the accident aspect was brought up. However a second before she asked if it was on purpose and he says NO. That was before the accident aspect was brought up. SMH

  9. I don't think he did it. I believe he didn't want his children to think she killed herself. So he was trying to stop her and she pulled the trigger and killed herself. The Devil walks among us as Alcohol and Pills.

  10. I think he killed her and thought he could get away with it.If he dould of fought with her he would probably have gun powder residue at least traces of it.He had none.He was so calm because he thought he could get away with it and get free.

  11. I feel like the medical examiner and forensics in general could have done a much better job. The gun regardless would have had both their DNA. Why wouldn't they do the fingerprints? Also, like what was the projectory of the bullet? Was there a way to tell, was the exit wound higher than the entrance. If it was point directly they would be symmetrical.

  12. When Bob was brought in for the first interview, he made a statement about taking care of the dogs. It was exactly like what Diane said in the suicide note that "nobody knew about until later".

  13. There is a podcast about this case called Unraveled. It goes a lot more in depth and there is way more to the story than what is said in this short video. I highly recommend it.

  14. If you hear the 9-11 call and the subsequent interview, the number of times he says in his draconian voice "DIANES" DEAD." It's beyond chilling – he used that interrogation room as his own private office – with the detectives as his staff. Propping his legs up – devoid of emotion.
This unBELIEVABLE narcissist got exactly what he had coming. As for the daughters.. they never shed ONE tear over their mother's death. No tears on record anyway. They propped themselves behind Daddy, right? He had the MONEY. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤢

  15. They act like there mom is the blame for this death, like no respect for her death at all!! There just worried about their father not mother and she is dead! I know people act differently in situations like this but this is crazy!!
Why did they AlL of a sudden just now finding that letter!!! For years she’s been wanting to know that their mom would kill them selves?!?!?
