  1. This "Christine M Roy" @4:55 who is this?….apparently the sweatshirt/hoodie was hers, could it be maybe Pavel was having an affair (her hoodie was left around pavels car/worksites or something, and maybe Dulos wore on bikeride as part of his whole plan to make himself look kinda like Pavel etc and since it works out better in the end for neither side to introduce it (see lawyers arguements here out of presence of jury re chain of custody and state moving to have defence lawyer removed) it was stipulated to not include??? … gotta say when he testified earlier that as he drove to worksite on the 24th he had a 20-25 minute call with an "Anna" who he says is a friend of "he and his wife" about if she was coming to his wife's birthday party the next day, i thought that was a little sus … at that point i was wondering if he had a little something going on with this "friend" but of course different name than initials on the hoodie, but somethings weird about this…. did anyone hear anything about a CMR at any other part of the trial that i just missed?

  2. This is one situation that I disagree with the honorable judge. If the witness testifies that Dulos was asking the audio/video contractor whether certain things in the photo of Jennifer's house were cameras, such testimony is not hearsay. Hearsay is an out of court statement offered in court to prove the truth of the matter asserted in the statement. Dulos's questions to the contractor were neither statements nor assertions. The State's purpose in asking the witness what questions Dulos was asking the contractor is to prove Dulos' plan or intent to murder Jennifer at her house, and therefore the evidentiary value of the questions lies in the mere fact that they were posed, not to show they were "true." A question cannot be true or false, but merely posed to someone. Testimony of the witness as to the questions Dulos was asking could not possibly be hearsay, so no need to find an exception to hearsay in order for the testimony to be admissible. Now, if the State was trying to prove that there were no cameras at Jennifer's house,, then the witness's testimony that the audio/visual contractor answered "no" to dulos's questions, well that would be a classic example of hearsay.
