The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Shantelly Brown. Shantelly was last seen Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 11:30 AM on the 35xx block of Jasper St.
She is 16-years-of-age, 5’0”, 115 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing black Nike Tech Sweater, black tights and black sneakers.
