The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Jon Richard. Jon was last seen Wednesday November 6, 2024, at approx. 9:15pm, on the 5xx block of Fairthorne Ave.
He is 46-years-of-age, 6’1” 152lbs and was last seen wearing black jacket, white tee shirt and dark blue jeans.
