What an A.H. Trying to make something out of nothing. Looking for something to post
This is absurd!
He did not get out of the car during a traffic stop!!! He was told he was free to go several times!
Sorry ATA, he DIDN'T get out of the vehicle ' during ' the illegal stop. The p!g said he was done. Ergo, the 'stop' was over. So, A+.
Florida is a regular visitor in the show.
This frauditor is up on federal charges so he’s butthurt , he committed the same crimes and Denver metro audit , see Cordova v USA . This channel seems to omit that , shows the bias .
So is my "well being" a misdemeanor or a felony?
You should never reduce the grade of a citizen down to a B because he exercised his freedom by doing something that cops are unconstitutionally being trained is a threat.
Automatic arrest whenever a cop gets physical with a citizen so they have leverage against a lawsuit and to CYA ! Happens every single time andbis taught during training !
Double, double toil and trouble,
Cutting through neighbors yards after dark with Something us kids did all the time in the 80s. It was like an intricate game of hide and seek, kick the can or cops and robbers. However, in the 80s everyone on the block knew each other and the kids came out of at least four of the houses on my street and there was almost zero crime in that neighborhood. We had it sooo good in the 80’s.
A better channel already covered this one with more information.
The force was justified. Those pocs have no ability to control themselves and he was about to get violent.
Man the second vid is not the cops fault. Bozo pulls up pissed (understandably so) and threatened to smoke the other bozo
Mr. Duhgood seems a little unhinged if you ask me. He may need someone to perform a “well being check” on him.
It really is Sgt Salmon.
He was just trying to spin him up.
Auburn 😮😮
It amazes me what these clowns do for "public safety". Someone needs to do a "well being check" on the cop in the first interaction. Acts like he cares about public safety by creating a safety concern for the public by blocking the roadway, impeding traffic. Where do they find these imbeciles?
ATA❤
This dude should be thankful that other people in society were concerned enough for his well being that they took the time to check on him. Dude seems like he needs therapy.
Go higher up the chain with State Attorney!
Sargent salmon just didn’t wanna have his time “snagged” up haha slaps knee
Fishing!
re: the first video. It's rare, but I respectfully disagree. Inferring ill intent is fine, but I can only go with the evidence in the video and not anything that may have happened off-camera. The officer pulled him, checked on him, and was ready to walk away and call it a day once he saw that the guy was OK. The auditor turned it into a major issue and acted like a jerk. The officers, IMO, were professional and only cut it off when it was apparent they were dealing with a rude, unreasonable, and aggressive man. They maybe could have de-escalated things a bit, but overall, I think they did well – again, based entirely on the video. Officers: B+, Mr. What's-His-Name: F.
Would it be odd for me to drive to my mailbox, drive to Safeway, drive to the park, then stop downtown to check gps for a drive into to woods? Is that illegal now?
This is exactly why you don't call these Blue line constitutional violators for any type of help I sure as hell didn't when I got robbed at gunpoint three different times in my life this could have been me on The ground knocked out unconscious for trying to call these criminals for help 👈😳😳😳😳😳
Sarcasm incoming: I just don't understand why people are afraid of police.
Second video definitely isn't the officer's fault. Parks was threatening the kid, the police had to at least restrain him.
He was free to go as per the original officer. He was no longer on a traffic stop
With the first guy. Remember, he wasn’t pulled over according to the officer. So he could actually get out his car. The second guy. Funny how they put their hands on you. But don’t like anyone putting hands on them.
Surely he was free to exit his vehicle, as by the officer's own admission he was never "detained" in the first place…
To play devil's advocate, because I respect what auditors do, but sometimes they argue too much with the officers.
I understand it's free speech but I'd say it's better not to engage. Remain tactfully silent.
Things in our country are about to get far worse. We may be lucky if we have a constitution after the Conservative Nazis get done.
Yeah the way the cop body slammed that guy headfirst into the cement that was way too much the cop already captured his arm so there was no way to brace himself
15:34 your grade on him is wrong. The officer even admitted to there being no traffic stop to begin with so when he exited there was no traffic stop happening.
Reverse the races and the Liberals would be crying racism
I know this is probably an artificial intelligence voice that's doing this, but giving the driver a B+ because he got out of the vehicle during an interaction, that's a bunch of nonsense because the interaction was already over and they said that he was never detained so why are you giving him a B+ instead of an A+?🤔 This is one of the reasons why I don't like or subscribe to this channel because you're like a grade school teacher because student put one letter in the wrong place or something like that! You are a nitpicker, just like the Police! 👎👎👎👎👎
This driver made things very difficult. He could have jist told the officer he was ok. And that would be it. I think the cop was a bit out of bounds by stopping him. But he told him why he stopped him right away. And the driver was just being an idiot
As someone with severe apnea and now know have a history of family narcolepsy who also has fell asleep driving. On face value yes a wellbeing check would be a good thing. However after reading comments knowing there is a history then no he shouldn’t have been pulled over.
I had a bowl of well beans for dinner.
I see nothing in the 4th or 5th about community care taking……Just more made up treasonous dicta by traitors in black robes…..
First, it wasn't an actual traffic stop. Second the stop was over. He had every right to exit the vehicle
This people is why you have a dash camera with 3 camera's and GPS.
Just wait. You haven't seen anything yet.
And later in murder or kidnapping or mass shooting cases, i see people blaming police for not preventing tragedy because "it was "obvious" there was something going on with that car…..
