This only shows how little he cared about his family. I seen a lot of these family member killer have some sort of remorse after the fact but this guy 🙄

Not only the jury is going to hate him, but his fellow inmates probably will seek poetic justice.

Deputies are human too
The three poor kids were murdered by dad or step dad in the presence of their mom in the same room. He should be sentenced to life in prison for triple murder, or even be given the death sentence. The confession is admissible in court, I am sure.
He would plea not guilty. What a monster he is! That obviously means his wife and other witnesses will have to go through a trial and relive it all over again. Which they all are probably doing as we speak. But he's going to pay regardless. He's going to suffer in prison. More than likely he will get prison justice.
He's got too much evidence against him . He's going to rot in prison either way. I feel so bad for his wife and step daughter, along with the officers and EMT's and first responders. Seeing those innocent little boys laying there like that would give you nightmares!!!
Watching him smile at his lawyers and look happy turns my stomach. No one is fooled by your clean blue shirt and your shaved boyish face. You're just a monster parading as human being. Two of his victims are still alive. The wife and step daughter have lost those beautiful babies. Why doesn't the system put more care and effort into caring for the victims?

The three little boys wasn't given their rights. Them babies didn't deserve to be shot and killed. Them there little boys was beginning to live, but this monster took their rights way from them.
However, them three little boys is in heaven, with Jesus, and the angels, and probably playing baseball ⚾ the game they liked to play while they was here on earth. 🌍

Sloppy police work has NOTHING to do whatsoever with him on his own taking the life of his 3 kids! And thereby should not play any role in the judgment of his conviction or sentencing which rightly should be the death penalty.
A Narcissistic Sociopath / Psychopath that does not want to be accountable. He was free to take the 5th so I would not supress the evidence.
