This is a woman and from the way she walks and opens the door, this individual might be a working as a prison guard or have a slight injury..

Have authorities cross referenced pregnant women in the area at the time with a spouse/close family member in law enforcement? That vest and boots could belong to the officer she knows or has access to.
Well there you go! It was Law Enforcement. Nobody is going to purchase and thus dress in FULL SWAT attire just to kill a random person. This wasn't a random hit. This was intentional. So there is a rogue LEO out there in her neck of the woods. Maybe she pissed someone off waiting in the car pool line to pick her kids up from school, could be anything. I am a former criminal and so I know how criminals think. Overweight Security Officer &/OR Police Officer. The store who sold the clothes need to go through time/date stamps via their POS system. Give the full list of names to the FBI/CIA.
Just the thumbnail of this video makes me believe the suspect is female. The way they're swinging their arms when they walk, men don't do that.
Maybe the son/daughter of a police officer borrowed dad's clothes to rob the church of the Sunday tithings?
This case was solved a long time ago..missy beaver had an affair with a man in the law force he is married his wife found out and killed Missy out of rage and jealousy! The Walk Is Weird because it's a woman in a stolen uniform..she tries to disguise her walk also to throw investigators off!

I now believe this is wrong place at the wrong time. Swat dude was startled when she walked in by surprise. I bet she tried to fight him and that was when she got shot.

I swear that guy in the police best is dad making sure coast is clear and no one's around while son gets it done!! I want to know what dad and mom used for evidence that they weren't around??!! The hubby… his phone was tracked "fishing with his brother"… family can be great bait for alibis!! It's easy to say "take my phone so they can track it so I'm not pegged here"!!! These guys have zero sorrow in their eyes and with that white shirt…I honestly think they're getting a kick out of this crap!! I seriously wonder if Missys blood was on that shirt and he tried washing the blood out then something happened with the dog and then used to dogs blood to soak it… sounds far fetched but in telling you I just have real bad vibes about the dad and son!!
Randy killed Missy. He had no choice what to do with that shirt. He couldnt hid it in the house. He couldnt throw it in the trash.So what does he do ? He washed it at home so it would be impossible to get DNA out of it. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was the only thing he could do. The dog story is either a lie? Or he killed that poor dog. If this person killed a human being? He could certainly kill a dog to keep his plan going.. Randy did it. THe walk? The build? All points to him. He got rid of the cop uniform. But he couldnt get rid of the shirt on his back. So he probably got out of his car carrying a box or something to cover up the shirt the best he could. . I read people pretty good. And that man is a liar.

explanation:
Husband leaves to go on trip (planned for a while, just like the murder could’ve been), the walk and body matches the father in law a lot. he then brings a bloody female shirt to the laundromat 4 days later
My guess is that it was randy the father in law. The reason that he had the uniform is because he has a connection at the police department and that is why he had the uniform. Because of that, the murder will remain unsolved. He clearly was a member of the church and knew the layout and where the cameras were. Same waddle, same walk. Weird how they haven’t done a lie detector test or taken fingerprints….literally nothing.

Taking a wild guess. The killer was there for someone else and had to kill her when she questioned the Freak. Probably a paid hit that went wrong.
From the way the killer walked, it's the father in law. That meathead walks exactly like that. Cops must not have enough for a conviction. Too bad.

Just would like to correct a few things. At 00:40, it is implied that the perp’s clothing is the 5.11 brand of tactical clothing. But there is no evidence to support that. There are many brands of tactical clothing, plentiful both online and at surplus stores. The perp could have cobbled together an outfit from any number of different sources.
00:56 – Missy did not arrive at “about 4 am”. She pulled in at 4:16 and entered the church at 4:18.
01:00 – The video does NOT “mysteriously go to black.” That never happened at all.
