  1. I have never seen such a one-sided judge in all of the court cases I've watched. It will affect the jury's judgment. If it's not blood, if it's testing is flawed then it has no reason to be entered. Clearly this judge is on the prosecution's side. This is insane! Well, now the defense has evidence for his retrial

  2. Wow. This judge is something. Is he the lawyer here? Talk about interfere in a trial

    Clearly proper objection????
The judge said that in front of the jury?????? OMG

So this relic of a judge is HONESTLY allowing the defense to pretend like blood testing at a crime scene and then subsequent confirmation testing for blood at a lab….IS NEW???? like this process has been evidence in trials since B4 OJ SIMPSON TRIAL

  3. I have never seen attorneys and/ or a judge has an issue with presumptive testing for blood. Almost every trial I’ve watch either does the luminol test or phenolphthalein and it is never questioned as prejudicing or confusing the jury!

  4. The court is not holding the defendant responsible for her boy guy… but in the part she played in this crime. And… She definitely played a huge part!!! Boy guy, mansion, allegedly a millionaire, single mom with a daughter, and beautiful Jennifer stood between her and what she really wanted. Messy messy messy! You are going to sport your orange jumpsuit well chickee.

  5. OMGeesus, dude! “Were you there, I mean – literally there – breathing down the photographer’s neck, when these pictures were taken?”
Not normal to have to drill it down on every photo!! Ask it across the board! Spare the poor jury! 😳

  6. The defense is just doing their best to make the state prove their case. This is a (granular, lol) defense of the constitution. While frustrating, I admire that he is checking the prosecution every chance & making me roll my eyes.
