A woman tells Pittsburgh Detectives that she is waiting for her daughter, who they discover to be a known prostitute and drug abuser. In Las Vegas, Sgt. Jenkins spots a girl that he believes to be ‘on the stroll’ on the Vegas Strip. The woman claims to be a tourist from California, but the name and information she gives turn out to be bogus. Spokane Officers stop a car seen picking up a young lady and suspect her of prostitution when they learn she was ticketed for the crime just two weeks ago.

That first case honestly is heartbreaking. Her mother is at a lot of fault but you know she is bringing her daughter cause at least
she knows where she is and she is somewhat safer. And the daughter just manipulates the situation.
