From 2015: Painesville, Ohio’s Judge Michael Cicconetti is famous for handing down jaw-dropping punishments that most would say fit the crime.

We need more tough judges like him
Shme is a great teacher, jail isn't.
Sounds fair to me. Caning should also be on the menu. It’s one of the reasons why in many asain countries there is so little crime.
Wait hold on, a guy just called a cop a pig? Was this like in court or something? Cause out in public, that's 100% legal.
1:30 is honestly pretty nice of Cicconetti.
We need more judges like him
He's retired now, but I hope he's doing well.
According to TV Tropes this judge's sentences would be examples of "Cool and Unusual Punishments."
Judge Cicconetti is awesome your an Inspiration sir
30 days in jail or 30years in the military?
The convicted should never get to make a choice on which punishment they would prefer. Surely that is ridiculous. It's an interesting take on the notion of justice. But are these real sentences that are enforcable in law? It seems highly unusual (you don't tend to see other judges doing this.)
So do the same with fkd up cops who harass and that are abusive to CITIZENS?
Whats the PIGS shame punishment?
Fk that. Fairness a around.
Same with the Politicans.
And the crooked Government employees
Bro said this is Impractical Jokers 💀
So prison owners hate him, basically
Where is this judge now (2023) any word if he is still doing this? I love it!
Only in Ohio LOL
We really need this kind of 'justice' in the courtroom. Not everything requires jail. I can almost guarantee this is wayy more effective than the usual punishment. And as he said, he gives them their choice
I'd like to see this applied to murderers
This judge need a television show.
The best judge ever
