  1. Never ever let you’re friends leave alone. We came together, we leave together, no matter what. If someone is sick, we’re all sick. If someone has an emergency, we all have an emergency, no amount of “hitting it off” should ever be more important than the group. Text that fool tomorrow, you ain’t goin nowhere tonight….that’s basic friend rules. Men and women alike. Thank me later. Or don’t thank me at all, that would be even better.

  2. Thank you for letting Kimbyrleigha share this story. She has the most sincere & empathetic way of telling victims stories. I’ve seen Samantha story on at least 3 other videos so I almost didn’t watch but since it was Kimbyrleigha I knew I would hear a version that would be a new story. The real story. And I was right. I feel like I know this beautiful young woman. As an older sister & now a mother myself, this is so heartbreaking! Why do these horrible people seem to always find the best people & steal some of the brightest lights in our world?! It seems like far too often even in random crimes, the people who are taken away are some of the people who would likely contribute so much to the world. I pray for Samantha’s family & friends & her boyfriend.. hearing that he blacked out in pain is so sad. What a real love to have found. Excellent work from this law enforcement team. Rest in peace sweet Samantha ❤

Ps. Please bring Kimbyrleigha back ❤

  3. This script needs tightening up severely. There’s so much fluff and forced off the cuff speaking.

Almost two hours of storytelling at a snail’s pace? I’m all for including detail, but not when it sounds like it was written entirely the night before by an elementary school student.

  4. My heart goes out to the family & loved ones left behind to carry on without that bright light that was Samantha.
    * Maria was a very brave girl to testify. Being a young mom & realizing ur boyfriends capable of murder would be enough to scare most women silent, fearing for the life of their child & themselves. I'm proud of her & dont even know her, but I know she's a good mom leading by example & showing her daughter it's important to do the right thing. Her daughters in good hands, & I hope she knows one day what a brave thing her mom did.

  5. How did her friends not react quicker? Like, I get that they were probably drunk and whatever but I'd never EVER go to sleep now knowing where my friend is and also knowing she left alone. Like ??? Disgusting.

  6. As an Uber driver, the only way I know I have the correct rider is if they give me their name. That's the ONLY info we receive, no picture or anything. They have our name, picture, car make, model, and license plate. I always tell them to verify the plates.

  7. I went into my settings on the Uber app and changed my account, so the driver has to enter a 4 digit pin. I watch them manually enter the pin and know that I'm in the right vehicle. Amazing feature

  8. This one is sad. But her death has sparked additional MUCH needed safety measures which now protect everyone using rideshare services which I'm SURE has helped protect at least one person. She has helped to protect many lives and her death won't be forgotten and is not in vain. I've never used an uber or such, but if I do I will think of this story and make sure I tell others so they're protected too. Saving this video. Super sad what happened to her.

  9. I listen to true crime all the time. I have a cousin who was k!lled and part of my listens to give the victims the time they deserve and because their families deserve all of our time. Stuff doesn’t bother me often. Call it whatever you want, after you’ve sat through seeing your family members’ case, it changes you. My heart dropped watching the “uber” footage. Every piece of me wished to jump through my screen and hold Samantha back from that car. My deepest condolences to her family and friends.

  10. My deepest condolences to Marcie, Seymour and Sidney Josephson ~~ I cannot imagine your pain and suffering, I am so very sorry.

Hey What My Name Sami ~~ rest easy in God’s loving arms, until you are reunited with your family and those that miss you so much. Rest in Peace darling girl. 💔💔💔🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺xoxox

  11. I remember distinctly when this happened. I was horrified for her and her family and friends. She did not die in vain, she opened our eyes to this horrible murder. I hope the family finds peace in working on their foundation in her name. Thank you for you in depth explanation on this devastating murder.
