  1. While I don't agree with a life sentence for someone who played no direct role in a murder, I wish Holle had alerted the police about his friends' intentions. We don't get many opportunities in life to be a hero. Sadly, Holle squandered his.

  2. It’s not like just a safe or some valuable items were stolen, a teenage girl lost her life in a very brutal way and her family doesn’t get the opportunity to see her again— and life will never be the same for them.

It was at his party, his apartment, where the plan was established. It was his car that was used. They told him what they were doing, and he remembers everything they said—- (if you’re that intoxicated, you’re not going to remember those kind of details) but he does. He knew exactly what their plan was before they went, they told him, but says he didn’t “believe” them. Pause—- that’s it? Someone says some crazy shit like that and you’re like “haha whatever man, heres my keys!”
They also called and told him what they were doing while they were waiting for the little sister to go to school— but afterwards he just laid down and went to sleep. Bro so let’s say you really were ignorant to all of it, you’re telling me that right then 2 and 2 didn’t click together, like “oh shit, they were being foreal, I need to call the police!”

He wasn’t too intoxicated to sleep through the phone ringing, rather he answered it and claims he was able to comprehend what they were saying, yet never called the police. He was involved in every piece except for actually being there. He might have been able to prevent it while they were waiting for the little sister to go to school, but he didn’t.
It’s also notable that he wasn’t the one who called the police once they came back and ran his car through the fence and started beating a safe with a sledgehammer. No, a concerned neighbor called.

Even if he was wasted out of his mind, even if the people who committed the murder were wasted out of there minds, (they) are still responsible for the murder of an innocent human being— and she deserves justice.

She is gone, and Ryan is still breathing.
In perspective, life in prison isn’t too bad when his mother is still able to hear his voice and see his face to this day.

  3. Sorry but the 12 jurors against this guy are the definition of why u shouldn't let Bob from the supper market decid if someone should be giving a life sentence if he was completely drunk and didn't kno wtf was going on and didn't believe the Bs they wr saying why would he be found guilty I am completely flabbergasted 😮

  4. IF they had already set a plan it would of happened regardless if he gave them the keys or not. If he said no they would've asked someone else period ! He just lost 21 years of his life for giving someone the keys to their car !

  5. 12:25 This is BS and the authority know it. Ryan Holley was drunk and lent the keys to his friend, who he himself states he trusted. He's trying to sleep off hangover and the next thing he knows he gets the death penalty? The felony murder trial is broken. Law enforcement of all sectors(police, jurors and judges) have a responsibility to maintain and uphold the law and they didn't. The prosecutors were in it to win it, the jurors were in it to win it and the judge was in it to win it. This man Holley is an innocent man.

  6. No this is ridiculous he needs to continue to appeal why is America like this 🤬🤬🤬 this man is innocent the lawyer is incompetent how can you accept a one day trial and accept the death penalty she shouldn’t be practicing law anyway Ryan gets out in 2024 I hope he’s still alive because this is bullshit Ryan needed to call the police but he didn’t deserve the death penalty let alone 25 years 5 years would have been appropriate

  7. I been drunk and woken up to noisy people and heard conversations i remember but didn’t comprehend during the time. The things you hear when your half passed out and barely conscious seen like a dream but not quite a dream and your reasoning shillings are shot. When your in that state all you want to do is sleep. Been there done that. This guy was in that state at the wrong time and around the wrong people. Never talk to police!!!! That’s the lesson I got from this

  8. Sorry bro. “I didn’t think” is gonna cost you. You actively support an armed robbery and someone gets killed you’re going down for the murder. Yeah. That’s how that works.

  9. This is appalling! He should not be held accountable for the actions of others. That is so redundant. He didn't intentionally help them to avoid being arrested or cover up for them. He said the truth and that should have set him free. As for the lawyer, what a piece of work. Smiling as she speaks. She should know that people are gonna do what their lawyer says that's why they're hired. How does this dog and pony show sleep at night

  10. Ryan was the victim of incompetent legal representation. I'm sure he's pushed for retrial but it's only 2 years before parole anyway, he'd be out by the time it went to trial so… just hang in there bud. Everything happens for a reason. Peace be with you!

  11. As a friend of Jessica Snyder the young lady who was murdered this was very very hard to watch😰 We all heard the details of what happened and know what happened but never saw the pictures the seriously broke my heart and brought up so many bad memories rest in peace my friend

  12. He literally didn’t do ANYTHING!!!!!! Americans laws are out dated and unfair. It’s so many people that’s been convicted under this law it’s ridiculous!!! America is All ABOUT THE MONEY IN EVERYTHING IT DOES !!! This is so sad. This man had his life thrown away for nothing
