The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Max Daly. Hernandez. Max was last seen at Penn Hospital at 8th & spruce.
He 25 years-of-age, 6’0″, 190 lbs., goatee, bandage on finger and was last seen wearing a black t shirt, black vest, green pants and green sneakers.
