  1. Gigi McKelvey was mentioned multiple times in the clerk of court’s testimony. This is not good. Justice is not and should not be entertainment. This is a MESS.

Courtroom proceedings are about FACTS and reasonable doubt. That’s it. I’m not impressed SC.

The attorneys seem to be more than a little skilled… on both sides.

  2. 3:32 I am with this anchor here!! You cannot trust a juror to tell the truth in a matter like this. Of course they ae going to say that they relied on their own cognizance yet this kind of influence is sub-conscious. You are all bragging about this judge's 'no-nonsense' approach but the thing is: the allegations must be addressed one way or another or there will be an appeal. They probably could not put off these hearings due to the time restraints on an official appeal for the murder trial outcome itself, but /b/c a Grand Jury is investigating Betty Hill herself, if they find she did commit a crime, then Alex will have another shot at an appeal based on these reasons alone. However, I think, again due to some time restraints though, he may be inside a Catch-22.

  3. Judge Tool is a defense for Becky. After Tool takes rein, Becky will be made into an example Court clerk of SC , as long as you cant ask any questions and show any emails or evidence of jury tampering. SC justice continues.

  4. The only thing that is of concern regarding Alex having a new trial is if the jurors deliberated correctly or not and if they abided by the law if BH inter feared with jurors decision. If the lawyers think he will get a new Trial because Becky Hill wrote a book he has another thing coming. His lawyers are getting ridiculous in this fight for another trial imo and they are wanting to put Becky Hill on trial themselves it seems. Nope! AM was found guilty so let’s move this along find the truth and throw away the keys. AM is a criminal who was found guilty period. It’s good to see Gigi 💜💜

  5. There’s a criminal investigation going on into Becky Hill’s conduct happening right now. That investigation is completely separate from the evidentiary hearing for a new trial. The verdict of the murder trial is what is in question not Becky Hill. The defense is trying to make it seem like so much more but in the end that’s what it boils down to.

  6. Doesn’t matter whether it affected there decisions, one juror was removed based on false accusations by COC, according to accusations! Why would they need to poll jurors when that one thing alone was wrong! And this lady still has a job but refused to hand over her phone, accused of according to reports in media… Help this make sense. Justice hasn’t been served!!!

  7. I hope to God Becky did not do as they say and I am praying even harder that AM does not get a new trial. In my eyes he is guilty as sin!

And I hope they Convict Buster for the murder of Steven. The victims families need closure

  8. This is not the same judge that presided over trial. She’s the former chief justice for SC. Let’s give her a bit of deference, and not call it a fix before it’s even started.

  9. Personally I am glad that the Judge is taking control and she is not going to turn the hearing into a Becky Hill trial, that trial will come later if any allegations are true. This is about alleged Jury tampering, and I hope the guilty verdict stands.

  10. This should NOT be a trial of Becky Hill. The question is whether the jurors properly deliberated in the jury room. As long as they deliberated the actual testimony and evidence, his conviction is fine. Any further prosecution of Becky Hill is a separate matter. If she did wrong, she should be held responsible, but that doesn't mean that the jury just listened to her and said "oh, because Ms Hill said some things, then we don't have to deliberate". I don't believe they did that. They spent three hours discussing the case. And Ms Hill was NOT in that room to tell them not to use the evidence. If they discussed evidence then his conviction is fine regardless of what SHE did. Again, her wrong doing is a totally separate matter. The fact that so many people can't understand these are different issues is reason enough to say we need to go back to teaching critical thinking skills in school.
