  1. I can’t believe it’s now 2024 and this is STILL not solved!!!! WTF!!! Damn, I feel so bad for her father who has never given up on getting justice for his beautiful daughter!!!! I can’t even imagine knowing the person that killed your child is still out there living a normal life just like everybody else!!!! How maddening!!! This is one of the unresolved cases that I think about all the time and always check on to see if there are any new developments! Sad to see there still isn’t! 😔

  2. Did anyone look at the home owners? What happened to the house? Was it sold? How long did it take? Might someone have wanted the owners not to be able to sell the house for a long time?

  3. Bf was OVERPROTECTIVE yet showed up super late when she begged and begged him to be on time and then once he got there and saw the killers he parked around the corner and waited 30 mins before checking on her??? So she was alone w them for at least an hr. Why would he not run in yourself??? Also why would you run straight to the bedroom????

  4. Wild that cops think him passing a polygraph and talking to police excludes him! That means nothing. His behavior is so suspicious. Encouraging her to take the listing, not going into the house with her, being intentionally late, brining his buddy to have an alibi, parking a street over, not rushing to help when he saw the killers run back inside and lock the door… he either knew what was going to happen or was doing as someone instructed him to do…

  5. Overbearing men are weak and lack self confidence. When you know you are a real man you don't "need" any specific woman, you don't get jealous…you know you can attract any woman you want. Only extremely weak men are so needy and possesive.

  6. If the phone was bought in November and she went to see her father in December, that means ,her murder was plan way before she even went to her father, so how is it this could be related to drugs , the murder was plan before her visit to her Dad

  7. If he was over protective, he should have been at the housing showing on time to protect her, , first of all you sit in a car to protect someone in a house, , anything can happen and she's not able to dial you. You should have been there. If you were there you could have saved her., and that is the day. She needed you most.

  8. If the phone was bought in November and she went to see her Dad in December. It means the math is not mathing here, they are using drugs bust to play a distraction games, , and her Dad is amazing Dad, i hoped he will never give up ,never stop until he find her killer , i pray that the good Lord of heaven and earth.,who sits high and look low will move on the behalf of her and her Dad, and bust this case wide open, people all who is watching this case ,please say a word of prayer for them, may God move over this case, to Lindsey's Dad, stay strong and keep searching, one dsy you will get your answer, dont give ,make sure whoever kill your beautiful daughter will pzy for it ,, they can run ,but they cant hide for long, o e day you will find out and it going to blow your mind to know who it is , may the lord heals your heart a.c nd gives you grace and strength.

  9. The detective's demeanour certainly says it all……..as the detective says……….that lindsay murder is a solvable case and her murder will be solved. The defective's statement of her murder, beings chills and he believes that this case is a solvable one…….. yeah right! But try telling that to the family of Lindsay, as they have been waiting for 14 years and probably will be waiting another 14 years for justice for their daughter's murder to be solved.

  10. Usually in gangs the snitches (rats) are the gang leaders. I bet it was that guy she called while in Calgary and he blamed her. I love this father‘s approach, because actually with gangs that’s the way you have to be. He is spot on.

  11. The evidence of the couple was carefully planned . Shirley wore a blonde wig and Jason was with her . They met Lindsay there and walked into the house with Lindsay to protect her, all the plans for this were done in person when Lindsey walked with Shirley the day before that was planned that her and her son would meet her there to protect her, nothing of this plan was done on the phone. It was all done in person, then they killed her and Jason then left to make his alibi a reality . While he was out, his mother did all the calls with the muffled phone call and called Jason on Lindsey's phone back-and-forth so it looked like she was still alive at the time . Funny how Jason had the exact same bs story about the couple .

  12. I have never thought the time of death was right . The call out and muffle was done by the killer . Lindsay was killed before that time . Also the boyfriend passed a lie detector but I think it was botched . Jason and his mom were involved for sure . He ran right up into the bedroom . The phone calls back and forth were probably used for an alibi . He didn't see the people at all .

  13. Here's a theory. Killer was waiting inside the house in protective outfit (like a painter's outfit or overalls) to ambush Lindsay. The couple were in on it to get her to go up to the room where she was killed.

  14. The police answered their own question. They suspect that the cocaine bust could be the reason yet they said the phone used to call Lyndsey was purchased 3 months before. The bust was 6 /7 wks before her murder. So they didn’t know buy the phone to kill her 3 months before the bust. Also the boyfriend’s mother had something to do with that phone. Not sure why it wasn’t mentioned here. He’s the reason she died. He had her killed. The father must feel so defeated by the bs the police are investigating this case. Everyone knows lie detectors are not admissible in court bc they’re hocus pocus rubbish. So what if boyfriend past it. He came late to protect his girl and brought a friend as an alibi . He’s the answer and cops need to do better.

  15. There would be a trail for the people she showed the house to if it was a true showing. And I really think that they were paid off by Jason to do it. Origional news press back then showed him showing his reveal of how he found her and he was wearing a hoodie. Just casual and really showing no emotion. Not an incling of horrification of what he had found. Just reenact his findings quite calmly to show them how he found her? I was fresh into Real Estate at the time and when this happend to her there was across Canada reinforcement for Realtors by all the Real Estate boards to always be on guard and take steps. And that terrified me and I have always took a buddy/person/spouse after that if an unknown meeting of people. However it was really to rare a situation in hindsight. This story still haunts me.

  16. They got her private number from someone…but who? The cousin of the guy involved in the drug scene in Calgary is who. The answer is probably in her phone, an associate type or friend with links to drugs. Some people thought she called the cops on them after the drug busts in Alberta.
