When you go back on footage and watch her interviews after the verdict, is so easy to see her bias and how captivated she was by Alex. He’s guilty I think, but she definitely messed up.

I hope she gets a new trial. I don't believe for a second he killed his family. Becky obviously hates him. In an interview right after the verdict she said "he got what he deserved". That statment stuck with me. She shouldn't care either way. I dislike Becky more than I dislike Alex. As for the expense for a retrial, someone killed his family and they need to pay for that.

I believe from an Oregon case, the US Supreme court has ruled previously that it dies not need to cause a vote change with a juror. In this case he deserves a new trial. If not, then those not willing to do are no better than Becky by thinking it doesnt matter.

I would expect that mrs Becky will cover all the taxpayers costs for the retrial. I believe that Murdaugh is guilty, but I also believe that he deserves new trial, given all the evidence. Not only mrs Becky wasted a lot of time and money, she also put a tarnish on Judge Newmans career. Judge Newman was amazing, and she ruined it.

Becky Hill, Colleton County Clerk needs to pay for the new trial. She is an elected official and committed jury tampering. She was quick to write a book and even committed plagiarism. Fire her if the county hasn’t all ready and take any money made from her precious book. Unreal.
