Four years later and still no trial date. She's not out free, but the state are dragging their collective feet getting Beliveau a competency evaluation and hearing. Friends and family members of the late Mr. Faling with whom I met and have spoken to are beyond frustrated.
She was NOT abused by him. She got mad he wouldn’t buy her weed…
This was my friend’s brother… hope they get her trial going soon.

I went to summer camp with her back in 2002-2005… she was a sweet girl but definitely different. But we were only 12-15 years old then. So weird to hear about this!
They were not even dating!!! He kicked her out of the apt the week before this happened and she came back because She didn't have a place to stay! Everyone told Cam to 'break up' with her because she was insane. He tried but she wouldn't leave HIS apartment!! Lots of people saw her abusing HIM, not the other way. I lived and worked with him for some time and He was the sweetest guy I've ever met, He did not deserve this 🙁
Reading all of these comments is so hard. For you people to not have any connection with Cam or Avril and say some of the "disconnected" things you are saying… It takes me me right back to the day it all happened. Also it was not "several" days. She killed him on Thursday night and she called the cops Saturday morning. So just that little bit of info that was wrong pisses me off. Cam was an amazing spirit. A typical Vermont boy who loved his Yankees. And that was the only time he ever raised his voice. He got caught up in just wanting to have a partner and love that he ended up settling for the wrong one. Avril is a horrible person. I hated her from the first time I met her, but did the Bolton thing and we all tried to bring her into the family for Cam. This was a SENSELESS murder. A great man was taken from us and in the middle of a blooming pandemic and our beloved ski resort being shut down and not being able to hug people.
None of this is fair. We love you Cam.
I used to know this girl..I cant imagine what must have happened inside her head. Very sad for everyone especially the boyfriends family RIP
I can confirm that this woman is a first class psycho. I knew her for a short time just after she tried to kill herself. Probably the most horrible, messed up, dirty, arrogant thing I have known. She became obsessed with a guy and started stalking him, until the law became involved.
This really only surprises me in the fact that it's taken this long. Best off behind bars this is.
