I didn’t have a great relationship with mom at 13 on but she’s mom and I never thought of harming her in any way. I don’t know what to think but hes 13 and his life is over

I’m curious why psychopathy never comes up in criminal court cases — on either the defence side or the prosecution side. I wonder if they avoid it because then they have to get into the whole debate about whether that makes them criminally responsible.
