After making a plea agreement in court Wednesday, Jodi Hildebrant’s defense attorney, Douglas Terry, spoke to local media reporters outside a Utah courthouse. Terry said Hildebrandt chose to take a plea agreement before Ruby Franke did, and that she wanted to take one so the children didn’t have to testify. “Her main focus is for the children to be able to heal,” Terry said. Hildebrandt will be sentenced in February.

Yeah right…! She doesn’t care about the children if she cared about them she wouldn’t have tortured them physically and mentally. She doesn’t want the kids to testify in a courtroom in order to avoid the jury and the judge to hear their testimonies that would determine to an eventual worse and longer sentence.

Well for example in webdesign (in my profession) you don't need to copy something 1:1 to be able to be sued. If the look and feel Is similar It's already enough to sue someone for copyright infrigment. In this case It's very obvious where Rockstar took inspiration of.
