The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered person, Yanibel Blanco Rosa. Yanibel, 32 years old, was last seen by her father at their residence on the 6500 block of Torresdale Avenue at approximately 3:00 AM on November 11, 2024.
She is described as 5’4″ tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, Yanibel was wearing black pants, a beige top, and Crocs. She was last reported in the area of 2000 Orthodox Street on November 11, 2024.
