I’m sorry but how do you convict that guy based on the evidence presented. I’m sure he killed the guy but you have to prove it in court. Would rather let 1 guilty man go free than have the justice system railroad the primary suspect.
I think he did it isn't he very relaxed for a man serving 30 years in prison for a crime he says he didn't commit .

How smart was the ransom note writer to ask that the package be left in the office at the missing man's office? He knew it was filled with coffee bags so he didn't even bother trying to take it. Holt has some pretty pathetic excuses to explain things. Something not right about that guy. And he's the manager?

No dip the 750,000 wasnt collected, thats because Holt was the one who kidnapped and killed Ronert, and at the time they placed the coffee in a shoe box Holt was working with the fbi and knew there wasnt money in the box so why bother plus he knew the fbi was going to storm whoever picked it up. I think after they didnt put the money in the box is when Holt killed Robert and disposed of his body. I think he just wanted to see how much Robert meant to his family and apparently it was about 30 dollars worth of coffee.

Liar ,liar ,liar. Toby is the mastermind of this extortion. Both the cell phone ping to the cell tower at the same time says it all. He was also the last person to be seen in the office with Robert .
What if Toby is telling the truth?
The FBI let the most obvious guy in on the attempted sting, wonder if they got suspicious of him after the case was then never picked up or if it took evidence of him using the decreased man’s phone to realize?
Was it obvious to anyone else it was going to be Tobey the second they introduced him as “Mr Wiles’ most trusted employee” and that the briefcase was never picked up? What amateurs let anyone in on the sting who might be culpable?
