“I did become driven, because for me it was personal,” said Joselyn Martinez. “It wasn’t anger, too, I was just saying, ‘I’m going to get him.'” More: http://bit.ly/2Iyhn7O

What a horrible narrator this woman is
Why was there no followup to this complete the story??? dumb
of course he works for the Miami police, doesn’t that tell you everything you need to know…
15:09 spoiler: the criminal murderer Santos is correct, in laughing at the New York City justice system. Anyone who follows recent news, particularly the actions of DA Alvin Bragg continuing to tell themselves that they are dispensing any sort of moral or ethical justice are simply beclowning themselves
You poor neighbors don't deserve this punishment
I'd cap Him for u.😈
His living in Miami
I watched on ID about a case that was solved the guy was arrested after 35 years how come he walked free
Yeah I totally agree that judge should disbarred .. he's a moron….and Joselyn Martinez should be my wife how's your name.
OMG, these cops are ridiculous, with all these tips in their hands … 🙁
What an embarrassment to the police! Hoe did he get out of jail the 1st time? How was he able to work with the Miami PD? If he confessed, where is the confession tape that the NYPD should've recorded?
Judge is a Democrat.
I think SHE killed him!!
Jocelyn, when I was 9 my mother died. (Dad died when I was 18) When a child loses a parent at that age, something special happens. By their grief, the children who have been so, so injured, are given a tenderness of heart that cannot be explained.
It's no wonder he was quick with posters all over saying he was "Wanted"
That's been the story of the NYC courts and California courts.
Gotta love the American immigration system.
She is still beautiful!!
Oh my God. That judge needs to be disbarred and prosecuted. What a tragedy and embarrassment. Reminds of Judge “Let Em Loose Bruce” in the 70’s except for the wrong color. I’m ashamed for being a New Yorker.
Omg I grew up in that neighborhood. It was a tough neighborhood back in the 70s. But to be only 9 years old, when your father was killed is completely heartbreaking. What a amazing daughter, that finally after so many years found her father's killer. But how disappointing it was to find the case to be too old. This is a second time of disappointed for the daughter and her family.
No ending.
So she did the work, cops shud have done?
Nice ending
Update: Santos only received 15 months in federal prison and two years of supervised release for his conviction in the immigration case. His United States citizenship was revoked and he filed an appeal which was denied but there’s a pretty good chance he’s out on parole now.
Am I right that there's no Statute of limitations on murder in any of US states? So this judge just made his personal decision about it? What a twat… He let a confessed murderer go, what the actual f… How karma got both of them.
I didn’t like the ending 😠😠😠
20 years later he looked like his picture but a little aged , great detective work
The narration is trash
Since when do statute of limitations apply to murder?
Is this updated from 5 years ago?
🙏💗… She got her answer. Tried so hard for her dad. Still no justice.
this is digusting how f**** dare that judge do that – i feel so bad for this woman
Thanks Democrats
What a slap in the face to his family!
Oh my goodness lady – the narrator lady sounds like an idiot trying to sound like Oprah. Lady you sound like a man. Just use your own regular voice.
Who are the other 2 they were part of this murder? I also do not understand the judges decision! There is no statute of limitations for murder! That's one corrupt judge! 😠😠😠😡😡😡 never underestimate the power of a woman scorned!
Did he face trial ?
WTH with the judge?? There’s no time limit on murder 💀
You go you beautiful avenging angel 😇
These are fascinating videos but for the love of God please get a different narrator! Every time she does it I can't even focus on the stories. She is horrible and I'm definitely not the only one who thinks so reading some of the comments. Tone it back a little lady.
Pos Detective and judge! What shithole of a country!
US is pos of a country! Heartless judge!
Well, did they managed to keep him behind bars?!
But that voiceover 🤢🤢🤢🤢
The judge is a first class jackass.
Again with NYC
This is so unfair 😤
