Seen the second video a bunch of times on other channels, one later came back and found many instances involving that cop violating people's civil rights.

Pennsylvania Vs Mimms is unconstitutional. More people need to challenge and appeal in court. Ironically, The state of Pennsylvania actually sided with Mimms.. you dont have to get out the car in Pennsylvania.

My biggest complaint about the whole double feature thing is the comments are almost always only about the first video or the one in the thumbnail.

I don’t think it was a good idea what your officer did I don’t think it’s a good idea that they let you mute your cameras. I think you get caught doing that you should spend a year in jail automatically.

The DA in this case is a big POS. He doesn't know what justice is because he has nothing to fear for hurting the citizens because of qualified immunity. The Police District Attorney and Judges work at stealing citizens money from them. Take a look at red light cameras. If more citizens knew how the system worked they would be at ever city council meeting demanding their removal. The city don't own those cameras a Corporation owns them and collects half the money. In reality when you fight one of those red light camera ticket you are fighting a Corporation not just the city or State.
I'd say it was indeed obscured. Enough to where our Express lane/HOV lane plate readers would not be able to read it here in King County/Seattle. Notice how exasperated she got when she wasn't allowed permission to search her vehicle or otherwise wasn't fully "cooperative" with the cop,,,,,FOR AN ILLEGAL STOP! But she should have gotten a D+ for calling the DA and deescalating the stop. Well, yup keep the F as she was thinking about calling in the dogs.
"get out of the vehicle" is a power flex move by the cops…….always. Just write the ticket and be done. Stop with the power trips.
Wow, this entire department needs retrained. Specifically exempt from the law they were stopped for and then 3 more rights violations while fishing for any kind of violation they can. "Officer Safety" is nothing more than roadside retaliation. Harassing an old lady for what? because you didn't want to answer questions.

The only situation where Miranda isn't required is if you voluntarily sit in a cop car; you're a witness, or on a ridealong, or sitting in the car waiting for EMS to arrive. If they make you go in, it's always going to be custodial.
If they ask you if you have firearms in the vehicle you might be better advised to ask them if they have reason to believe there are firearms in the vehicle?

The worse part of this entire video is that the prosecutor said he'd have their back even after telling her what she did was wrong. Corruption caught on the camera and no one cares
I took the DA’s comment a little differently than some other viewers. Given that he said there were no grounds for the traffic stop, and that going to court would make the officer look bad, I interpreted it as “Y’all messed up, but if you want to keep messing up that’s fine with me.”
Laughing when the woman said she is deaf so don't shine a flashlight in her eyes is exactly proof that none of these cops have any basic degree of competence (or respect for basic human decency). She doesn't want a flashlight in her eyes because
1) no one wants that
2) if she is deaf then blinding her even temporarily with a light in her eyes will make it harder for her to read lips and, thus, communicate

Almost every single interaction I've ever seen with a woman cop is nothing but catty, petty, overreaching and unnecessarily escalated. Women who want to be cops clearly all have a similar mental deficiency which specifically excludes them from this line of work. The female cop paradox.
I applaud the DA for his candor, but at the same time he would allow such a case to even reach his desk. This is proof that the process is the punishment.
