Ex-therapist Jodi Hildebrandt is expected in court next week after her former business partner, Ruby Franke, agreed to plead guilty to four counts of second-degree aggravated child abuse. Franke admitted she and another adult restrained Franke’s two youngest children with handcuffs, denied them access to food and water, and made them stand outside in the hot sun for hours. As part of her plea agreement, Franke is required to testify against Hildebrandt. The Law&Crime Network’s Jesse Weber checks in with KUTV2News reporter Brian Schnee to discuss what we can expect during Hildebrandt’s hearing.

Unless Ruby was drugged by Jodi, Ruby is just as guilty if not more ( since she was supposed to be the " caretaker " ). Because if any one brought up harming my child, would be escorted out…. maybe not nicely. She had every opportunity to stop the harm. I hope the children get the best care for this matter. They will need help getting through this. Help right away. Bless the children. Satan truly got a hold of both of them.

The children were in her home and ran away from her home. Of course she is involved!!
Ruby is clearly not fit to be a parent for what she did and to follow suggestions to do this to children
Jodi is really the one to blame. She’s a very good manipulator. I get that a lot of it had to do with rubys actions and many of you think she’s evil but was greatly under the influence of Jodi. I wanna see Ruby testify against Jodi she deserves a lot more prison time. It’s really sad how their family ended up like this…😢

Ruby was controlling and abusive, long before Jodi came along. She just met her evil soulmate when these two partnered up. They fed off each other's greed and need for control. They are both as evil as each other and should spend no less the 30 years in prison!
Please, Judge Whomever! I have children and can’t even fathom this evil cruelty. It’s actually brought me to tears bc these precious little souls will be damaged for life. I feel SO strongly that Ruby get 50 yrs, no parole, and Jodi? Are you kidding, life in prison, but if I ruled the world….death penalty. Period. To hurt a child??? Get the needle, Jodi. Beyond monster hood.

Ruby Franke may have been worried about the children testifying against her if this case went to trial. I don't think she cares one bit about the feeling of these children though. History certainly tells me that she that she didn't plead Guilty just to spare the children and the damage it could do to them, if they were required to testify at a trial.
Manson’s followers were held accountable for what they did, but Manson was the leader. In this case I’d say Franke became even worse of a parent under the evil influence of Hildebrandt. How come so many evil people, not all but very many, show it on their faces?
She should get the max and nothing less for what she has done to those kids.they’ll always have issues after what she’s done to them.trying to convince them they are evil and deserve being starved and punished ,it’s horrible.
