And just think, this dude was a city councilman. Obviously having no moral compass I can't help but wonder what kind of stuff he may have pulled with taxpayer's $$$. My reasoning is due to greed. And just what was Tim expecting this to pan out as, had his wife just moved out? Like that 20yr old girl wasn't going to soon realize that she wanted to be with someone more her own age, to go out and do young people stuff. That would have probably ended up with her finding someone younger and them unaliving Tim to get the house, life insurance, etc. I swear it's like some people just don't look at what the outcome of their decisions could be. Sigh.
