The University of Idaho announced the house where four students were murdered more than a year ago will be demolished on December 28. At least two of the families of the victims had opposed demolishing the house before the trial of Bryan Kohberger, 29. The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy talks with retired FBI agent and attorney Bobby Chacon about the plan to raze the house and what it could mean for the trial in this episode of Crime Fix – a daily show that delves into the biggest stories in the world of crime.

jewish privilege at work, as usual.
Family wishes should be priority!!
Cant believe they did this. Not families fault trial taking too long. Jury needed to see it
Just watch Kohberger walk free. They've already botched this case enough.
Seems like a rigg job of sorts
I find it odd that there was such a rush to demolish this house. The house where the Manson family murdered Sharon Tate wasn't torn down for 25 years. Another high profile house – the O.J. house is still standing today, I drive right by it on my commute to work. This was a hasty decision to tear down this house.
I feel like the jury should be able to walk through the house… The surviving roommate opened her door and saw the murderer but he didn’t see her- surely walking through the house would help them understand the layout.
Vote of no confidence in this Ms. Levy young adults Ms not kids ! Sensational reporting for ratings! No different from network TV.
Yeah that makes sense. Destroy the evidence. This world is 100% crazy.
Unless the university have some things to hide and want everything to go
Evidence destruction before the trial? Who's the a-hole?
Don't kid yourself that this has to do w/"healing"…..it's an unprecedented move in a major crime to conceal….and asks the question; WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE?
That's LE and the higher ups connected to the school AND the rest involved who are hiding the drug trafficking going on in that town.
Many have talked about the underground tunnels connected to this site…..and info out there about the owner's "ties' to the house.
The more you research, the more you SEE that many things don't add up…..there is DEF a Cover-UP.
The fact that many of the victim's families do NOT want the house demolished says it all—and shows that those in power who are covering up the drug cartel there have NO regard for them. DUH.
Idiots. Idiots, everywhere.
But the “house” was the assumed target 🎯. Hmmmm.
There’s a reason for the rush. There is more evidence in that house about the fight! The jury is going to want to see the house like the Murdaugh jury did. It will cost the trial.
The prosecution should know better
i just feel heartbroken on them even their was stabbing around uc davis way back at april 27 to may 5 they caught that guy also
Emotional connection??? No sir it’s because there are hundreds of cases and examples of how having the scene during a trial is helpful.
This expert has no idea if everything they need they have. So many times we here about how investigations were screwed by lack of evidence being tested or collected etc.
If they do this and it results in a non conviction, I hope the families sue them.
I just don't see any long term harm of waiting till the trial. Maybe it effects the bottom dollar?
The school only wants the house tore down because it reflects badly on them… they shouldn’t tear it down until the trial is completely over and justice is served.
They should let the jury when trial starts walk through the house to truly understand the horror!
Ah, they want it gone so they don’t have to pay a guard anymore.
Rushing to tear the house down is not smart. In fact it's idiotic why in the world would they do this before his trial??? He's a guilty piece of sh** and you want to demolish this house??? OH I would be livid if I was apart of any of those families
Tell me most didn't watch this full video without actually telling me: The comment section.
how does this guy as a former fbi agent make it onto a jury?
there should be a law that prevents this.
What is with this School????? Has to be some kind of injunction to STOP this. Lets wait until the trial just in case. Jury needs to see. And you dont want to destroy prematurely. They prob have something they want to build on the property. Money thing for the school.
Of course the prosecution wants the house to go before trial! They know if the jury was to have access to the house, they’d find that a lot of what they’ve been told, isn’t exactly true! There are a lot of highly questionable and missing puzzle pieces to this case, and it says a lot that they are in such a hurry to get rid of the house before a trial date has even been set! One of many questionable acts done by the university, the prosecution, the FBI, and law enforcement!
Anyone else want to bet that some apartments or a nicer property will be put up on that lot? Doubtful they're going to make it a memorial.
Is this a thing in the States now…I have dual citizenship…I think it's criminal to take the biggest piece of evidence and destroy it. It's not cryptic that rhis is so prominent to the case.. .would there be someone responsible if this goes through. Very disturbing , I feel the cops messed it up in the first place…. DM and BF should be charged, frigging 3-5 year olds call 911.
This is like taking a piece of evidence that has been accepted by the court and destroying it!
No demolish till AFTER TRIAL!!!
4:40 so seeing the actual house for yourself is misleading, but having evidence presented to you isn’t (mis)leading. Ok lol. Also – what if something unexpected comes up at trial and they would all like to double-check by going to the house?
